I love this place but I just ordered 2 Johnny meals online and picked up my order. I gotta say this is the saddest chicken Brian I’ve ever had. There’s barely any sun dried tomatoes on it ?.

Ordered lasagne online. Terrible. $18 is waaaaaay to much for this tiny dry portion. Almost no sauce or meat. I’m very disappointed in the restaurant and myself for trying them.

I appologize for being late on this review but with everything going on I was unable to review Carrabbas where my family and I have had the pleasure to dine Agee times. Carrabbas has been a go-to for me and my family for the past year and a half just about. Their food is amazing, highly recommend anything that comes off of the grill. Carrabbas has a special grill baste that makes everything taste so juicy and flavorful. I love coming in when there is a new seasonal menu to try the new foods and some of the creative seasonal drinks. The past few times I have been in I have sat at the bar with Mary who is an outstanding person to chat with and entertain. I've also had the pleasure to dine with my family and be taken care of by Derek who did an outstanding job and always making us smile. We had a chance to talk to one of the managers that came around to ask us how our food was and was so knowledgeable about the food and all of the steps that go into preparing such amazing food. The only negative was the 25 minute wait we had when we came in on a Friday, but it was very much worth the wait. Overall Carrabba's has amazing food and amazing service as well. 10/10 recommend.

Dinner was great even tho the server let us Kno they were short staff still delivered good food and even better service and thankful I was surprised with a cake for my birthday! Thanks for a great birthday dinner!

My family and I came in for dinner on the 15th. It was pretty busy. Most tables were full. But to start out. We were served water out of a dirty glass jar (water tasted horrible) and my food was terrible. I ordered “The Johnny” not only was my steak under cooked . My food wasn’t hot at all. I’d say slightly warm. I woke the next morning throwing up among other things. I’m currently still sick. This place is awful and I’ll never come back

First time here and everything was perfect the chicken parm was cook perfect the asparagus was beyond delicious. And Louie was a great waiter! Always checked on us and made sure we were ok! Thanks for a wonderful experience!! Will definitely come back!!!

Was not greeted when we first walked in even though there were about 5 staff members standing at the hostess station. Got seated right away which was a plus, but our waitress was awful. Asked her for 2 new clean glasses as they were dirty, didn't supply us with straws, and never came back to our table to ask if we wanted refills on our drinks. She didn't come and take our dirty plates, and we had to ask another staff member for containers to wrap up our food and order desert. We were sitting there for 20 minutes after we were done eating waiting for her. Not a pleasant experience and the food is not that great. Won't be going back.

I always have high hopes and then I'm a little disappointed. The service is good here, but the food is just not that great. It's not horrible, but it's not great either. It seems like a lot of their food comes frozen and is just reheated especially the seafood. I won't order seafood from here again.

I hadn't been here for 11 years so decided to try it and was not impressed at all. I had the Pollo Anna Maria and it was so smokey and tasted like there was a chemical on it. My husband had a rigatoni with sausage and it was good but the prices are the same as you'd pay at a locally owned Italian restaurant that serves must better quality food. Our waiter would get us what we want if we stopped him and asked but he really didn't check on us and the cloth napkins had such a fowl smell. I asked for a new one and it was the same! Yuck! I don't think we will go back when we have so many choices in the area.
