Not sure if you consider $25 w/tip for 3 huge undercooked pancakes 3 strips of bacon, 2 scrambled eggs w/cheese that you could eat in 2 bites, some wheat toast thats smaller than my hands, coffee, reasonable price. Oh and dont come alone or you cant sit in a booth

Omg great people (staff) and great food. What more can you want?! The pancakes here are worth the money. You won't leave hungry, but you also won't break the bank. Seriously - tip your waitresses. These ladies work hard with a smile, and I love it. I'm honestly mad that I didn't give this spot a chance sooner. I got the double play and was pleasantly surprised that they carved an actual piece of ham. I can't go back to IHOP. I'm spoiled now.
Parking: The parking lot can get tight during their busy time, but there's street parking right in front of the diner too.
Wheelchair accessibility: There is a wheelchair accessible ramp and parking. The diner might be a bit tight to maneuver, but it can be done. Gotta remember this place was built before ADA, so cut them some slack.

The staff were pleasant and attentive refilling coffee several times. Unfortunately my pancakes were burnt and I should have said something but was with several others and didn’t want to hold them up.The chef had to know they were burnt so why serve them to a customer. This was not our first time at Charliesusually the food is excellent.I do wish I had said something because they were not eatable.Will return just not anytime soon.
