Delivery Express

Ordered a buffalo chicken pizza with bacon from Tony's tonight and received an inedible broccoli and chicken white pizza and while you refunded the money I was left having a pizza I'm deathly allergic to and you never even offered to have the correct pizza delivered

It's a fair delivery service if ur driver doesn't forget something. Also I have noticed tho some items in some restaurants are priced differently then they are on Delivery Express site. But I must say there have been times it's been in my benefit.

Ordered some food with them. It was delivered incorrectly after they called me to confirm the order. What was received (ice cream) was completely incorrect. Company refused to issue a refund.

What a nightmare. I ordered a salad around 1pm, driver shows up i pay $40 cash ( tips included) get in my apartment ipen it up and it is some kind of rancid fish with some smelly nasty red sauce on the side.. anyways i call the drivwe and ahe swears up and down it was the resteraunt not her . ( i know better)but mistakes happen.. long story short.. i received my salad at 4 pm ..

Mistakes happen. It's part of life. So when I got a half mushroom and half bacon pizza instead of the half bacon/mushroom and half plain pizza, I didn't get mad. I simply called Delivery Express and let them know what happened. The employee who answered the phone (who's name escapes me at the moment) apologized profusely and had had another pizza delivered. I want to thank Delivery Express for making things right so quickly and without any hassle. And a special 'Thank you' to the the delivery driver, Heather, who's customer service skills were top notch! She had to come back twice and the smile never left her face!Thank you to both of these Customer Service professionals! Job well done!

My order was swapped with someone else’s. First the restaurant (Liquori’s) hung up on me. Then Delivery Express says the driver got my food back and said they’d take $10 off my total and to go outside and take the food. Absolutely not? I don’t know whose house it was in and you expect me to eat it? Everyone I know that orders through them always has issues. Their customer service is subpar to say the least. They even tried arguing saying I should just eat the food. How about you just refund me my money and accept that you made an error.

Hi, I love delivery express way better than the other services. I use them all the time. Just had another great delivery experience! I would definitely recommend this service !

We have ordered from DE for years. They were great years ago but recent years have been really bad for them. We've had deliveries take 60 mins more than the estimate on the screen. Recently, we just get cancelled orders. "the restaurant isn't taking any more orders" or "the restaurant is closed today". They don't manage the availability very well which leads to me wasting time. I used delivery to maximize my time and then DE just wastes it. I'm done using them.

I have always had excellent experiences with Delivery Express. These folks are the only delivery service I can trust, and the drivers have all been really good. Local people, great service.

Very disappointed with the the staff, particularly the older short woman.She is always in a bad mood and often rude. If you don't like people you shouldn't work at a restaurant.
