They are always late, short on drivers, food always cold, drivers never have change.
Love the cash option details and doesn't take forever usually!! Would recommend

Excellent. On time and great value. Worth it for us rather than driving to other towns during traffic times. Will continue to use them. Cash or card is good flexibility as well.

Great as always. We placed a pre-order for Halloween for pizza and salad from Red Rose. Everything was delivered, hot/fresh and on-time. Perfect experience.
Always on time and if not they call . Drivers are very friendly. Never had a problem over the years.

Always quick, convenient and keeps the food hot!
Sketchy as it can get! They deliver from some of my favorite local restaurants but they are doing them dirty. The last few times food was missing, cold, mishandled or incorrect. Unfortunately the blame gets passed on the restaurant which isn’t fair. Call their customer service line and you get some sketchy call center that may be in India. And excuses that the driver “forgot” the rest of your order. Never again!

Ordered a buffalo chicken pizza with bacon from Tony's tonight and received an inedible broccoli and chicken white pizza and while you refunded the money I was left having a pizza I'm deathly allergic to and you never even offered to have the correct pizza delivered
It's a fair delivery service if ur driver doesn't forget something. Also I have noticed tho some items in some restaurants are priced differently then they are on Delivery Express site. But I must say there have been times it's been in my benefit.
