At 8:20 I Ordered a large frozen coffee and an iced coffee was told they were out of iced coffee so I ordered a large and a medium frozen coffee we waited at the window for about 5 minutes to be told they could only make the medium with whipped cream the drink wasn’t frozen it was runny and there was a tiny amount of liquid whipped cream on it. I tried calling after and no one answered the phone. The reviews of this place speak for themselves.

I work 2 minutes from here and order breakfast here often. About half the time when I order a sourdough breakfast sandwich I arrive and they tell me they are out of bread and when they have the bread they usually forget toast it. Today it had American cheese instead of the white cheddar it's supposed to come with. My iced tea that I ordered with less ice was over half full of ice. I asked them to fix it and they argued with me. This is the only store that I've ever been to that argues with the customer. If there was another Dunkin close by I wouldn't go here. But I always figure they can't screw it up again and they usually do. The guy who ok argued with me today told me I could go to a different Dunkin there's plenty of them around. I will take him up on that and stop going there from now on.

visited this dunkin and didn’t even want to order food. workers ignore customers and are loud and gossipy. the lady who i assume is the manager had a very stank attitude. she was extremely rude, intentionally avoided eye contact, and was rushing me for no apparent reason. at that point i decided to just leave. would recommend going to a dunkin with workers who have actual customer service skills. not a dunkin where they ignore u to focus on drive through and disrespect you to your face.

The manager of this location has a series attitude issue while in the drive through kept rushing me rather I was done or not and she still managed to placed my order wrong at the pick up window even though before proceeding the orders were write on the screen. How in the world did she still managed to do them wrong. I have an understanding her name is Lisa. What’s the whole point of being a manager with a nasty attitude like that. I’m also going to point out coming from an inside source she treats her employees like trash. I believe it, since she wants to speak to clients with a rushed attitude.

I did not almost pay 10$ for this drink for it to be 90% ice and I also mention less ice as well u can see it on the sticker pissing me off after two sips the coffee is gone please pay attention next time I’m going to start sticking to my 3$ coffee if u keep putting hella ice its crazy 👎🏾

This Dunkin Donuts is not a very good dunkin'. Donuts, they're supposed to open at 5 o'clock in the morning. Half the time I go by there at 530 quarter to 6. There's still not open and I am really upset about that. Because it's the closest one to me before. I have to go to work.
