I visited the establishment today and placed my order using the app. However, upon arrival, I was informed that their system was down. As a result, I now have to reach out to customer service to receive a refund. It appeared to me that the place was understaffed, possibly leading to the closure of the lobby. Overall, a disappointing experience due to technical issues and staffing issues.

Absolutely the worst of the worst. They won't acknowledge you. Stood there for ten min before they asked me if I needed anything, and they weren't that busy. I asked for a glazed stick donuts, I got regular glazed. Asked for a tea with sugar and milk, I got a tea black. I should have read the other posts first before going thereParking: Watch the potholes

Waited in line at the drive thru for 15 minutes (only 2 cars in front of me) only to be charged an extra $2.50 for oat milk for my iced coffee. The sticker on the coffee says "5 oatmilk" so they charged me $.50 for each one I guess instead of just once. Kid crumpled up the receipt and threw it away after handing me the coffee so he must have known he messed up. Every time I come here the wait is long or the orders are wrong. Worst Dunkin in the area. Not going back.

There were only two workers here while the drive through was running hot and I gotta say they absolutely killed it ?? they were working hard, knocking orders out back to back and maintained a kind, professional manner. Hats off to them ?

If I could give ZERO stars I would! Sat in the lobby waiting for more than 15 mins. Homeless lady in front of me and the three KIDS they had working the drive thru didn’t bother to tell us to come to the other end because they weren’t opening the front. The kids were making fun of the homeless lady and that pissed me off so I walked out. Stop hiring kids who don’t care about the job

Two young kids were working on December 31, 2023 and this location are super disrespectful and careless. I been waiting for twenty minutes and they keep taking it from the drive thru only. Because they dont want to stay behind. I recommend to assign some mature people who can value peoples time. They treated us way bad as we are from different part of the world.

Horrible experience with the workers! Horrible treatment of their customers. My husband needed to go to the bathroom but they had to let him in. Once they opened the door it on their end, someone screamed at him to get in. He got confused as to who was screaming and why and she just literally kept SCREAMING at him at the top of her lungs “YO GET IN THE BATHROOM” for a couple more times. Unacceptable! Everyone in the store was absolutely shocked at her disgusting behavior. She seemed to be a manager too or something. (Like 5’6, long black/brown hair with some hair shaved around the sides, tomboyish) I’ve always hear that this location is the worst one in the area and I can definitely say it is. 11/26/23 9:07AM

Didn't even get to order and the lady at drive thru was so incredibly busy with customers in the front supposedly. We were treated terribly. Will NOT ever spend money there. We drove around and 2 people were in the lobby, after sitting there asking for our order to be taken for over 5 minutes. I think Dunkin should really consider finding better people with better attitudes for drive thru

I go there occasionally because it's close to where I work, but every time I go, I feel the staff, especially the manager, are the most unfriendly.

I ordered, then I went to pay with my DD Card.. my card had less on it than it had. I had checked it just before I pulled up and again when I was told there wasn't enough on it. Both times of calling the card it said a higher amount on it than what the register recognized. The poor cashier was new and didn't know what to do. As I didn't have cash or debit card on me. I told her to just cancel one item,but she wasn't sure... After a few minutes went by another cashier came over and told me to pay the difference. I explained the situation and she eventually just took one item off. The food ended up being cold ?
