OmG soo nasty I was in line in drive thru while I was waiting this lady is taking out the trash and putting new bags she is also touching the trash No gloves for my surprise I get to the window to order my coffee the same lady that was outside took my order I am thinking this lady DID NOT WASH HER HANDS I am thinking maybe she is just taking my money and the other girl that was there was going to give me my coffee 🤔 Bull shit!! That lady also gave me my coffee I couldn't drink it!!! No way in hell....out in the trash.!! Never again all these Dunkin Donuts managers have to pay attention!! Are these freaking Dunkin Donuts worth it?? I rather go to a ice coffee shop and pay more.

I know not everybody is customer service oriented but when you decide to enroll in a fast paced company like Dunkin’ Donuts you have to understand what kind of day you will be facing every day specially every morning. The you can do is say good an offer at least a fake smile and. People in most of the cases will respond in a good manner. At least that’s what I expect from an associate in any company. And I know what I am saying cause I too work in an environment like Dunkin’ Donuts.

I’ve been biting my tongue for months because I understand everyone is understaffed and busy but I can’t take it anymore . If you order ahead at Dunkin they straight up ignore you. You will stand there waiting 5-7 mins while they just look at you waiting , staring at your own order. I’ve gone to the pick up window almost every morning, either me or my boyfriend will run inside . It doesn’t matter if there is 5 people working or ten . They look at you and make you wait an unnecessary Long time before addressing you even with the order ready .The mobile orders are also kept behind the counter so you can’t grab it yourself. I almost never bother them but somedays it gets so frustrating because we will be running late for work. Today the employees were too busy talking trash about a customer to stop there conversation to address me. I have no other Dunkin on my way but I’m done and I know they couldn’t care less.

I’m pretty new to coming to this location being my new job is near and I’m completely disappointed with the quality of the food If you wouldn’t eat it like that, why serve it to your customer! Snacking bacon is supposed to be hot from the toaster but not this store! It’s already been sitting pre toasted already so it is cold and dry basically not edible when you receive it. I’ve ordered a few things off the menu now and have been disappointed each time. If there were a Dunkin closer or near I would definitely take the extra time to go there instead of this location! I’ll just have to stop at Donut Dip up the road going forward. Maybe I’ll try again with you guys but for now I’ll pass.
