On the go orders are not on the go for this location I sent my order 5 minutes away walked in and used the bathroom came to the counter to find seven employees one leaning on the counter doing nothing my order was hanging out of the printer finally someone asked and then made me a coffee that was not half decaf as I requested then I had to stand around and wait for her to brew the decaf coffee that probably took a full 10 minutes to get a coffee not including the 5 minutes that I had to travel to the site that's 15 minutes and it's not on the go to me

Very bad first experience manager and employees all argue and stand there and try and intimidate you. Talk about you in Spanish not knowing you know Spanish.

The employee look at you like your from different planet. Then proceed to talk crap like you don’t understand them. Everyone that work there are Unprofessional even the managers. They be swearing in Spanish and manager don’t do or say anything.

They are not paying attention to mobile order. I have other chipotle hash brown wrap without bacon/meat but they add meat on order.

Horrible service!! Was in drive through and got asked “what do you want.” I don’t think I’ve ever been asked in that way before. I get being understaffed and rough days but that’s too much. Waited a long time. Food was cold. Drink was not made correctly. Lady in front of me waited 5 minutes to get handed a small coffee. I then go up to the window and takes another 3 minutes for the guy to come to me. Doesn’t say anything. I say have a nice day and his response is “mhm.” Like how rude. Like I said I get it, I do, but that’s inexcusable. Would not go back. Slow, bad food, and AWFUL service. Management needs to look at their employees.

Went mid morning, no cars for in line. 2 cars in parking lot. Pulled up to drive thru, waited two minutes to be told they would be with us in a moment. 4 more minutes goes by. Order 1 hot black coffee w a Splenda. Get the coffee, the order on receipt is right. Pull out, no sweetener. I get mistakes happen but they did the same thing two days prior. It's a simple cup of coffee

Where's Duncan I've ever been to in terms of quality. But I didn't care to leave a review until I walked in to use the bathroom one day only to see a sign that says they lock their doors to non-customers. So they just lost a customer.

Worst Dunkin I’ve been to in awhile, waited in the drive thru line for over 10 minutes before they took my order and there was no one else there. Once I finally got my food it was overcooked.

I like the variety of sandwiches and drinks and very fast service. They pay attention to detail.
