They are not paying attention to mobile order. I have other chipotle hash brown wrap without bacon/meat but they add meat on order.

Horrible service!! Was in drive through and got asked “what do you want.” I don’t think I’ve ever been asked in that way before. I get being understaffed and rough days but that’s too much. Waited a long time. Food was cold. Drink was not made correctly. Lady in front of me waited 5 minutes to get handed a small coffee. I then go up to the window and takes another 3 minutes for the guy to come to me. Doesn’t say anything. I say have a nice day and his response is “mhm.” Like how rude. Like I said I get it, I do, but that’s inexcusable. Would not go back. Slow, bad food, and AWFUL service. Management needs to look at their employees.

Went mid morning, no cars for in line. 2 cars in parking lot. Pulled up to drive thru, waited two minutes to be told they would be with us in a moment. 4 more minutes goes by. Order 1 hot black coffee w a Splenda. Get the coffee, the order on receipt is right. Pull out, no sweetener. I get mistakes happen but they did the same thing two days prior. It's a simple cup of coffee

Where's Duncan I've ever been to in terms of quality. But I didn't care to leave a review until I walked in to use the bathroom one day only to see a sign that says they lock their doors to non-customers. So they just lost a customer.

This is by far the worst food that I had , the meal deal bagel was over cook and hard and the hash brown was crumbled like a ball . The people who work at the drive thru is like we own them a lot of money . Being treated like a criminal . By the way the sore hour said close at 9 but the dining room close at 8pm while I was there .

The ladies that work drive thru are rude and dismissive - today I got my hot coffee in a broken cup leaking from the bottom. The lady handed me the coffee with a few napkins at the bottom so I didn’t think anything of it I got to work and the coffee was halfway gone in my cup and in my cup holder. These people need to pay attention I get the world is short staffed but I always leave a tip and say thank you - not anymore!

I’ve gone to this dunkin seeing that it’s the closest to my place of work 3 times in the last 2 weeks and every single time i go they are out of hash browns. My food always comes out wrong. and the lady on the microphone is rude and dismissive when ordering she just asks are you done after every item. AND today when i got my drink after i got to work im looking at it and it there is DIRT and MOLD in my drink.
