On November 10, 2023, I went into the entrance and immediately was struck by how freezing it was inside. I saw a small staff of young girls doing the best they could serving the counter and the drive up. I have no idea how this place can keep people, much less maintain a customer friendly environment. Places like this who either don't pay their bills, or are just plain cheap, are not worth patronizing. I just started traveling Riverdale, and I will never go back to this place. I have no idea how you can keep good help. By reading some of the other reviews, I can understand why.Kid-friendliness: Considering it was freezing in there, I'm surprised that the counter help was helpful;.

2068 Riverdale street West Springfield MA. Orders are continuously incorrect or incomplete, this morning met with extremely rude confrontation with the girl at the window 11:30 order was wrong she became argumentative, hot coffee labeled hot served cold. just can’t believe this is how Dunkin is being run. 100% retraining needed here. We’ll not be going back!

Really bad customer serivce waited jn drive thru over 10 mins i thoguht it wasnt working so i drove up to the window still waiting so i beeped the horn and she cameUp to me and said go back in line again to order and i said ive been waiting she said they are really bizzy 12 people inside witch only 1 person was inside . Really rude they need a manager here i understand you can be bizzy but u can say hold on or give me a sec so i know right? I wish i could give a 0 star but my only option is 1 . Not coming here again

don't go if you've been craving a specific item. my order was completely wrong. i asked for no whipped cream on my colada. she asked me a second time to confirm and they still put the whipped cream. i also ordered 2 chocolate frosted donuts and guess what i received? a box of GLAZED MUNCHKINS. if i could, i'd give them ZERO STARS +++ my bacon is burnt af

Couldn't even finish our order without being rushed, extremely rude staff to customers as well as each other. Both times we requested and double checked out drinks were made with oat milk and Both times they were not, staff was huffy and rude when having to remake them.Drinks were terrible in taste, did not give us the right size drinks on the second remake either.
