Very rude service. I ordered an ice cream cup of simply vanilla ice cream for my 2 year old son, when given an ice cream cone instead I politely asked for a cup of ice cream so my son doesn’t spill it in the car. Staff and manager was very rude even for a simple request like this. I will not return.

When asking for hand soap for the bathroom I was told that there was nobody there to replace it. I then asked if they had any in the back employee area to which the managers response was also no. I asked how they were able to wash their hands and she told me they only had hand sanitizer. I watched multiple employees use the restroom and then go straight back to work. No handwashing. Just hand sanitizer. That is DEFINITELY not safe for preparing food.

Managers were horrific and rude. Head manager girl was very lazy, order taking 45 minutes, Charged me and refused to refund after they took up my entire lunch break. Register very crowded with unhappy customers all seeming to want corrections on their orders after staff screwed them all up. My standards for mcdonalds were low, but oh my this was third worldly.
(side note: assistance was gruesome as nobody in their seemed to speak english)
