The chicken ranch sandwich was sad, anemic, sorely disappointing. It was all bread. Anything drowned in ranch dressing and cheese is going to taste good, but thos sandwich was just not worth it. I wish I could post pictures.

My customized order was perfect and delicious! I had to wait 10 minutes past my pickup time but the staff were so friendly, especially the young man taking orders, that I didn't mind the wait. Love the summer specials and new menu items coming out, super fresh fast food options!

Today my experience at the West Springfield Panera was amazing!!! I ordered on the kiosk, but the girl who handed my food to me was great! The food itself was very well made, and great portions for what we ordered. It was just such a nice dining experience, and me and my boyfriend both got boxes to take the leftovers home- so happy that we have such a good place nearby to eat at.

Stopped in for dinner last night, very disappointing dinner. Bagel sandwich was made with about enough meat and cheese for a half sandwich. Bagel was half covered with meat and cheese, then after baking the worker douched my sandwich with about a half a cup of sauce. When I took my first bite the sauce squirted everywhere. The person making sandwiches needs to be replaced or trained! Very disappointing visit to a Panera Bread!
Panera i am deeply dissapointed with you. All these years youve treated me right, but why now? Why do you do this to me? So when I ordered they were missing half their breads, had basically no pastries, and was seeming like they were trying to ration for a post-apocalyptic war. Then when I get the food it tastes like cardboard. I am 99% sure they chewed on it before giving it to us because how do you screw up that bad. The music they were playing was making my ears bleed. Their bathroom stalls had giant gaps so the local peeping tom can get a glimpse of you. Overall worst panera ever 0/10 would not recommend.

The bagels taste like cardboard. The bacon egg cheese sandwich had no bacon. The steel oats were under cooked and very crunchy. I threw it all away. My son agreed.

NO OUTLETS Someone else made a comment that it was a total waste of money coming here due to the outlet issue and I agree. I came with the intention to get some work done and there is ONE outlet in the whole place. Could have gone somewhere else and spent money where there were outlets. Won't be coming here again. Panera, do better.
