Stopped in for dinner last night, very disappointing dinner. Bagel sandwich was made with about enough meat and cheese for a half sandwich. Bagel was half covered with meat and cheese, then after baking the worker douched my sandwich with about a half a cup of sauce. When I took my first bite the sauce squirted everywhere. The person making sandwiches needs to be replaced or trained! Very disappointing visit to a Panera Bread!

Panera i am deeply dissapointed with you. All these years youve treated me right, but why now? Why do you do this to me? So when I ordered they were missing half their breads, had basically no pastries, and was seeming like they were trying to ration for a post-apocalyptic war. Then when I get the food it tastes like cardboard. I am 99% sure they chewed on it before giving it to us because how do you screw up that bad. The music they were playing was making my ears bleed. Their bathroom stalls had giant gaps so the local peeping tom can get a glimpse of you. Overall worst panera ever 0/10 would not recommend.

The bagels taste like cardboard. The bacon egg cheese sandwich had no bacon. The steel oats were under cooked and very crunchy. I threw it all away. My son agreed.

NO OUTLETS Someone else made a comment that it was a total waste of money coming here due to the outlet issue and I agree. I came with the intention to get some work done and there is ONE outlet in the whole place. Could have gone somewhere else and spent money where there were outlets. Won't be coming here again. Panera, do better.

I don’t recommend any dishes. It is their food is gone downhill considerably. Their service was slow. The staff was not very courteous. The tables were messy. They had not been wiped. It was obvious the people that work. There didn’t want to work there and I won’t be going back to a Panera bread anytime soon.

I witnessed a behavior of woman working in there. I was shocked because of her behavior to delivery guy who came to store to pick up. That stuff was so rude while she talked to delivery guy. Although that bad behavior of that lady he was so quiet and left by kindly That rude people don’t deserve to work in Panera. I’m so sad to see these kind of people have bas behaviors like that here. Please care about that. Thanks

Sure, its Panera Bread, but this store was really impresive. Very clean and quick service. Met friends there for lunch and several remarked about this being one of the best Paneras they have visited.
Vegetarian options: Wholesome, fresh ingrediants. Can't go wromg with the 'Pick Two'.
Always clean, and have wonderful and kind staff. I come here frequently and have ordered many of the dishes. I personally like to customize my sandwiches and staff always does a fantastic job with my many substitutions.
It can get busy at dinner time, but it’s be expected. All in all, this is a great place to get a quick bite and read a book.

Charlotte , or better yet the heavy set white blonde lady the one that takes care of the door dash orders is the most rudest. She refused to apply a sticker on a DoorDash drink. At the end of the day if I were to order I would expect my drink to be covered, it’s only right . But to give me attitude a refuse a walked away was uncalled for . WHEN ASKED TO SPEAK TO A MANAGER!
