I love Panera's selection, the cozy fireplace, and free Wi-Fi. My go-tos are the You Pick Two (squash soup and harvest medley or asian sesame chicken salad), Caffe Latte. I use my phone app to order for convenience, full customization (hold the wonton strips and top my latte with cinnamon), and Rewards! The food is a little higher quality than a typical fast food place. It's a good spot to meet friends for a quick bite or to plug in and get some work done.

This is one of the Panera locations that has pleasantly quiet music. Nice environment. Update 8 years later: still very clean and modern. Maybe the cleanest Panera I've visited. Unfortunately, one star deducted because there are zero electrical outlets for laptops.

The chicken ranch sandwich was sad, anemic, sorely disappointing. It was all bread. Anything drowned in ranch dressing and cheese is going to taste good, but thos sandwich was just not worth it. I wish I could post pictures.

My customized order was perfect and delicious! I had to wait 10 minutes past my pickup time but the staff were so friendly, especially the young man taking orders, that I didn't mind the wait. Love the summer specials and new menu items coming out, super fresh fast food options!

Today my experience at the West Springfield Panera was amazing!!! I ordered on the kiosk, but the girl who handed my food to me was great! The food itself was very well made, and great portions for what we ordered. It was just such a nice dining experience, and me and my boyfriend both got boxes to take the leftovers home- so happy that we have such a good place nearby to eat at.
