This is a Punjabi/Indian restaurant.
The food is decent but the prices is very high compared to the portion given
Plenty of free parking.
Very nice dine in area, has cool posters of classic Bollywood movies on each table.
Service is good.
I just wished the prices were little lower or the portions were little more.

The place looks nice with a lot of parking space, the food tasted good, we did the buffet and the price was high and the selection a bit short.

Pintus delivers consistency during every visit, both in taste and food quality.
Their lunch buffet is a must and one of the best (if not, the best!) in the area. Love that they always have tasty vegan options in the lunch buffet and their servers are always well-informed about veganism and what items are not to be consumed by a vegan.
Their vegetable pakoras are the best I've ever had and I've been to India and tried many indian restaurants in different countries. As constructive feedback, I suggest rotating the vegan options in the buffet every now and then (except for the pakoras, please keep the pakoras! :)
Unparalleled flavor and texture. Nice ambience and kind servers. Grateful for my experiences at Pintus!
I’ve been going here since I was little and no indian place can top this!! best shahi paneer and mango lassi EVER!!

To anyone who has never tried Indian food and wants to, this is the place.
Having never tried Indian food before, I came in with my girlfriend but was a little unsure of what to order. Upon mentioning this the owner himself helped us order our meals, showed us what he recommended we put on them and customized everything to our desired level of spiciness while also personally checking in to make sure we liked everything. The food was delicious and the drinks were excellent. I can’t believe I’ve waited this long to try this place. Will definitely be back soon.

The owner no like Indian people. they gave good service to American people only.
The vibe was unwelcoming when we first sat down. We were rushed through the entire dining experience, approximately 20 minutes total. Our server barely spoke to us. As soon as we finished a plate from the buffet, they picked it up along with the silverware. Our water was not replenished and they immediately brought the bill. We did not feel welcome at all. Other families around us were not rushed so it does make me wonder. They officially lost customers today.

Some negative reviews have brought up how pricey it is given the decor and ambiance, which is fair, but that really doesn't bother me too much. My reviews scale very heavily towards quality of food, and Pintu's can't be beat on that front.
It's a little pricey, and the decor could certainly use some renovation, but it's still the best Indian food in Western Mass and our go-to destination whenever we're in the mood. Just maybe not the best place to go if you're looking for something fancy.

Great lunch buffet. Highly recommend the Fish Amritsari and Mango Lassi as well.
This is the best Indian restaurant I have ever been to. The food was excellent. Perfectly cooked in balance of taste.
The waiting time for the food to be cooked and delivered to the table is a little bit long.
Other than that, everything was great!
