Moving to this area and found this restaurant by mistake.Superb place. The staff is super friendly, the owner Raj was so sweet and basically served us himself. The food was amazing as well, we got the samosas, chicken malai tikka, bhindi, dessert and chai and everything was on point. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for amazing indian food. Can't wait to visit back and try their cocktails that looked stellar.
Delicious and the most authentic food! Reminds me of home! The owners were so nice and warm. They made great recommendations and also served us some desserts on the house. Even though we stay one hour away, we will be surely returning back. Thank you for making us feel at home!
The food was so flavorful and staff were helpful and friendly. The appetizers and food were not only beautiful on the plate but tasted perfect. I highly recommend this restaurant. Whenever I am in the area I know where I am eating.
Love love love pintus! Great quality food. Never disappoints! Cool vibe inside too. I've often thought it be fun to go there on a date! Lunch buffet is small but delish! Always clean and nice staff. Lots of room. Plenty of parking.
I have dabbled in Indian food (take out in NYC) a bit in the past. Decided to make a night of it - Wow - was I impressed!!! I ordered Saag Paneer (light on the cream - medium/hot) - it was perfect! The paneer was fresh, and not "mushy" as I have had in the past. Perfect flavoring of the saag. Yummy! I brought my aunt, who is not a fan of anything spicy, and this was her first experience of Indian cuisine. She had the Chicken Tikka Masala (mild) and still cant stop talking about it. We ordered the Garlic Naan to go with our meals - it was INCREDIBLE!
My partner and I came here last night, and the food was amazing. I have been having a really hard time finding decent Indian food around here, but this is it. Everything we ordered was perfect. We got a mixed grill, and chicken tikka masala. Also ordered an okra dish. I prefer bhindi masala, but it was still decent. If you're in the area, or craving some good Indian food, I highly recommend.
This is THE spot! Great food, staff and the manager is amazing! I'm visiting from Cali and my friend brought me here as it is her favorite place in the area.Pintu was super friendly. Engaged us in conversation and made great recommendations on places to visit during my stay. To top it off, he customized the "birthday serenade" by playing a trendy song that my friend quite enjoyed. He even added a few more Caribbean tunes since in convo, he'd discovered that I was from the Caribbean. We also got a complimentary wine sample and gift wrapping paper. The food was delicious, flavorful, very filling and enough to still have leftovers. 1/2 entrees can be shared among 2 people and you'd still have leftovers. They've also got a good drink menu and wine list with many options. This was by far the best dining experience I've had in a very long time. They were very personable and made it a custom experience. Thank you Pintu, Gabby and staff!!!!!
Yum. Indian spices warm, delicious, and perfectly balanced. Authentic dishes that are made to order - you can pick mild to spicy so you don't have to be afraid to try something new. There is a nice assortment of apps, mains, and desserts featuring different meats or veggie options. Good wine and beer selection, as well.
My girlfriend and I ate here on a Saturday before the lunch rush. The food was fresh and flavorful. The chutney's were savory and delicious, the garlic naan was made perfectly. Spices were perfectly balanced unlike some other places that just burn your mouth out; they really allowed the flavor to shine through. Drinks were well made. Wait staff was knowledgeable and friendly while providing prompt service. All around a great experience and I'll definitely be back again. Ignore nay sayer reviews, just look at the photo I posted.
Had it for the first time yesterday me and my boyfriend loved it! He usually hates trying new things but this was so good and super easy for him to eat and the flavor was amazing we got the spicy beef curry and it was spicy the person working was very nice and makes you feel so welcome we will be going back next paycheck .
One of my favorite Indian restaurant though it’s 40 min away from my place but believe me it’s totally worth. Restaurant owner and staffs are very nice and well behaved. Their sweet & sour lemon soda drink is must try (though it’s not there in the menu list). In main course have Baingan Bharta and in dessert their home made kulfi ?
I went this place first time get some food. they don't know how to talk with customer. I order a lot food and they all messed up my order And overcharged me and the food was so nasty. Seriously food was soo nasty.Im indian i know how's the taste is indian food. Believe me they serve really old food. People don't messed up with your health. Thanks
Best Indian food anywhere within a 50 mile radius. The service is always very good with pleasant and attentive staff. They have a neat little bar/lounge area too. Food is OUTSTANDING!
We recently came back from India and were bummed out thinking that we wouldn't find Indian authentic food in the US. Then we came to Holyoke for a work trip and found Pintu's. The food at this restaurant is so good it is almost like being back in India. Their Shahi Panner is out of this world. I loved their coconut filled naam bread. The only thing that I would improve is the decoration as it is a little dark and dated - bright colors and more light is needed. But the food was so delicious! We are soooo coming back here.
One of the famous North Indian restaurants in Springfield, MA.The Amritsari fish, chicken malai tikka & lamb chops are to die for!The staff is friendly and helpful. One would love how they have decorated the place. Also, they are keeping up pretty good with the safety measures during the Covid-19 pandemic.Must visit!
