I’d rather eat at domino’s I put an online order in at 6:15 (order confirmed 14min wait) I get to the store at 6:40 food is still not done. 730 comes around still no food. . (I only ordered a personal pan pizza and a small set of wings. I believe it’s a 6.99 meal) … Not one apology ,not won’t acknowledgment supervisor ,she didn’t even speak with me once … the sales rep gave me a paper and it says $15 credit she then says “cause u gonna have to wait another 45 minutes for your food ” so now on top of the 50 mins I’ve been waiting id have to wait another 45 and still not one sorry … after thinking about it and I gave them their $15 credit back ,took a refund and left .. the manager that was called to put in for the refund never once even asked what happened or even spoke with me ..I didn’t even take their free food in the future that should tell u something … This happened on. 11/29/2025 at 6:40 till 8:00 i understand establishments get busy, accidents happen, I am one to overlook a lot, but when you don’t even have the decency to express to your customer “hey I’m sorry about that wait but I promise we got u or I haven’t forgotten about u “ nothing and honestly would of been nice . Instead of trying to buy me off just treat me like a person

My family and I love Pizza Hut! Sadly, Pizza Hut restaurants are no longer in my state. We travel quite a distance, over an hour away, to get Pizza Hut! This particular Pizza Hut restaurant is clean, organized, and well taken care of. The employees are friendly, helpful, tidy, and laundered. Every time we have gotten food here for 'TO GO' it has always been great! Pizza Hut, Keep up with the good work and we will keep traveling the distance for you!

I order from this location often its nearby my work place. The employees from Pizza hut come into my gas station regularly they are always so nice and will even go out of thier way on thier breaks to bring over food so I dont have to door dash because I have a single coverage store even being an assistant manager I cannot leave the premises so they bring me lunch or dinner
Thier pizza is Always cooked to Perfection. I love the cheesy bread sticks and of course thier Cinna Sticks that are Phenomenal.
I give this pizza hut location a 10 out of 10
I am a regular customer and I absolutely love the food here. But what keeps me coming back as well Are The Employees. Like I said not many people go out of thier way to bring food to people but they do. When I work a 10-13 hour shift that pizza and Cinna sticks hit the spot . I can not Thank them enough. Riverdale st in West Springfield have The absolute Best Employees. Love this place and I will keep coming back.

Door dash app doesn't let you select pepperoni as an individual topping which shows the store is marking it as out of stock, but when I call they say they have pepperoni. Fix this.
Also don't call this place, you'll get some punk who picks up the phone after waiting for 15 minutes (yes accurate time) just to have him tell you please hold and puts you on another 15 minute wait.

I have tried to contact a manager at this store but was told there is not one. It was delivered cold, the pizza was like cardboard and barely any sauce was on it. It is not edible at all and i feel sick from one piece. It almost like the pizza was a week old. It was also barely cut into slices. It was very dry, the toppings were dry, i will include pictures. I have never had to complain about an order from this store so I’m not sure what happened but I’m not very happy spending 50 dollars on pizza that i can’t eat. My other orders seemed to be made with pride in the pizza they make but this was just absolutely so bad I’m taking the time to write. Especially the New Yorker pizza, that one is always juicy and delicious but this was like biting into cardboard. 50 dollars pizza for cardboard.

We were told dine-in was not allowed, but others were allowed to dine in at the same time. We felt discriminated against. I was really surprised that a company as big as this could have a waiter who treated customers like that.
