The salad bar was poorly stocked and mostly wilted. The pizza was not tasty at all. We've been here before and it was much better. No repeat visits here.

I had a terrible experience with this Pizza Hut location and their handling of an issue with my app order. I placed an order through the app, received a confirmation number, and was charged only to arrive at the store and be told they had no record of it. Instead of trying to help, the in-store manager flatly refused to make the order or honor the confirmation, despite clear proof of payment. To make things worse, I contacted customer service and got absolutely no help. The manager even admitted that this issue happens *often*, yet showed no interest in fixing the problem or making it right. It’s extremely frustrating to be charged for food and then treated like it’s not their problem. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable service. I won’t be returning to this location.

Staff is awful. Ordered a plain cheese pizza online and they delivered the wrong pizza. Called the store # and was put on hold for a while until someone in India answered and said I need to be transferred to the store. Waited and waited again just for the person to finally pick up and tell me there was nothing they will do because I ordered it online, even though they gave me the wrong freaking pizza! Kids wouldn’t eat it because of the toppings. I didn’t eat it because it was undercooked and doughy. Whoever runs this location is running it into the ground with bad food and an even worse staff. Normally Pizza Hut is awesome, but if you’re in this area, just get Domino’s.

I’m honestly just happy i found a Pizza Hut that is open and that is actually in good condition and the food was great plus the customer service. I drove one hour to get there because in my state there isn’t a single one open. I will definitely be coming back to this location.

Avoid at all costs. This place is terrible. The employees are so rude and nasty for no reason. On my visit today, the restaurant was filled to the brim with customers and the employees left us to fend for ourselves for over ten minutes. I have never been to a public establishment that doesn’t have a single employee on the floor for over ten minutes. Unacceptable. When I popped into the kitchen and asked what was going on, I was told, “Get out! We don’t care about you!” To which I replied it is very clear that you don’t, as well as the rest of the people in the lobby patiently waiting. I promptly left. Will never come back. I suggest you do the same.

Horrible service when it came to fixing an order over the phone. Kept getting put on hold by the location itself and corporate. They would not talk to me at all saying they will get their manager. They never did. They don't care about customers at all and what they order. I was on the phone for 47 minutes. DESPICABLE TO TREAT CUSTOMERS AS IF THEY NOTHING BUT A DOLLAR SIGN.
