Great place for GREAT Grinders. Fast service, quality food!!! Great place for those of us that need a quick quality meal to keep our day on schedule! And the price is just as good as food. You will never regret stopping by for a meal!!!!

I’ve been stopping at the West Springfield location after work on occasion and I have to say I forgot how delicious the grinders are at Richard’s! The rolls they use for the grinders are always soft and fresh and they make the sandwiches perfectly! They always have friendly people working too which I also appreciate!

used to be good,but today the chicken salad grinder didn't have as much meat as in the past. Also had tough pieces of celery I had to throw away. Cheeseburger grinder was barely warm and very greasy . Rethinking of we should go back or find another place!

The cold cut grinder was good, with great bread and toppings. Skip the chicken cutlet, as it was more like a processed patty.
