I am so happy that the Roundabout Restaurant has opened in West Springfield. I go 6 days of the week sometimes 7 days. All the food I have had is outstanding . I have never had a bad meal. Everything is cooked to order . The muffins are homemade and delicious. The staff is wonderful everyone greets you with smiles and is pleasant and cheerful . I would give the Roundabout a 10 out of 10. I cannot find anything wrong everything to me is perfect. Thank you .

We had a mid-week, mid-morning (10:30) breakfast here and had a wonderful experience. The cozy dining room was about half full, and there were plenty of waitresses and the service was very warm, professional, and attentive. We felt cared for but not hovered over. We just ordered eggs, hash browns, and toast, nothing fancy, but the food was piping hot and delicious. We ordered the children's peanut butter and jelly for our toddler grandson and the waitress very kindly substituted (without our asking) a small dish of berries for the fruit snack that usually comes with the children's meal. We had a wonderful meal and would absolutely return.

Extremely welcoming staff. The food is incredible- incredible hash and Benedicts. Nice option of allowing a discount when paying with cash.

I ordered the chicken salad melt on grilled rye. My husband ordered the Buffalo crispy chicken sandwich. We were both quite impressed. My sandwich was very tasteful and filling. I could only finish half. My husband's chicken was crispy on the outside and tender and juicy on the inside. Real chicken not a frozen patty. Our service was amazing and can't complain about the prices. Definitely our new spot!

The food was excellent and the service was great up until the point when they started to get busy and were rushing us to leave. I was not a fan of getting asked if I’m all done while mid eating and to clear my plate and bring the check right away.

The feed was excellent and the service was great! That being said they would have gotten 5 Stars but the coffee was off and we sat at a table right by the door and froze ever time the door opened. It was still an excellent breakfast and while we did not get drinks, they do serve alcoholic drinks. I had the meat lovers scramble with pepper jack cheese and my wife had the Mexican omelette. Both were very good.

If you’re looking for a place with great food, and people who make you feel like you belong, The Roundabout Diner is it.

The atmosphere is pure old-school diner in the best way—warm, familiar, and welcoming. It honestly feels like stepping into Cheers… where everyone knows your name, or at least treats you like they want to. No rush, no pretension—just comfort and community.

The food? Classic diner fare done right. Fresh, hearty, and consistently satisfying. Whether you’re grabbing breakfast or a comfort-food lunch, it’s the kind of meal that sticks with you—in a good way.

What really sets this place apart, though, are the people. The owners, servers, and staff are genuinely kind, attentive, and down-to-earth. You can tell they care—not just about the food, but about the customers and the experience. It’s rare these days, and it shows.

The Roundabout Diner isn’t just a place to eat—it’s a place to feel at home. Highly recommended if you appreciate great food, great people, and an atmosphere that never goes out of style. 🥓☕️
