Terrible experience. They messed up my order, were extremely rude, and even started an argument with me instead of fixing their mistake. On top of that, one of the staff members used profanity and said, “I’m 17, I don’t care,” which is absolutely unacceptable and unprofessional. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. I will never go back.

I’ve been wanting to try this place since we moved here. I thought the concept is really interesting and would be fun to watch (it was fun to watch). However I was incredibly disappointed with the experience I had. The milkshakes were the consistency of, and tasted like, water. So much so that any toppings added sank right to the bottom. Some had no flavor at all and others tasted artificial. The ice creams we ordered were already melted when served to us. The portions for the price would be ok if the product was even slightly appetizing; but given what we were provided with, it feels like they are overpriced. The space itself is nicely decorated, but there was tons of dust and spiderwebs and bugs. The customer service was ok. Overall, there are WAY better options in the area imo.

This ice cream joint....is really cool!! Ya have to go and experience it for yourself. Very impressive. We had a party of 4, the tab was $30. We had the canoli ice-cream, a waffle cone, a milkshake and a large bowl of ice-cream with a topping. The taste was delicious and the service was outstanding. Will definitely recommend.

This place was AMAZING! We came from Colorado to visit family and wanted a sweet treat and were all very satisfied with not only the ice cream, but the entire atmosphere and hospitality the employee showed our family. 10/10!

Visited Smokin Scoop with my family to celebrate a graduation and ordered 7 Dubai sundaes. Unfortunately, every sundae had poor presentation—barely any pistachios and excessive chocolate syrup.
I addressed the issue three times. Andres, the only Spanish-speaking staff member, offered to remake mine, but I explained my concern wasn’t about getting a new one—it was about awareness and improving quality. I’ve visited before and know how the sundaes are supposed to look.
Compare their website photos to what we received—it doesn’t match. This experience did not justify the cost or the reputation I once recommended to others.

I was feeling tired and my family wanted to stop by after a softball game this evening to get ice cream... I was going to stay in my truck but went in, and so glad I did! What an experience. The freshly made ice cream with liquid nitrogen is something I've never seen before! I know my parents will enjoy this experience so I plan on bringing them here. Thank you for making delicious creative ice cream! We tried the dairy free matcha, lavender honey, cannoli, and mint chocolate chip! So yummy!!

Hear me out: a young lady was the only one working making all the ice cream and shakes. I timed her and it was 21 min for us to get our order. They say on the wall that they are no preservatives, sweetener or anything, all natural ingredients, but all I can see is using Torani sweetener. The taste is 6/10. Total scam! Sorry, but that was a waste of $36!

Wait was about 45 minutes, the ice cream and the ambiance was good. The workers needed to focus on getting orders done with the amount of people coming in. They seemed to be unorganized and took more orders than they could handle around 9:30-9:45. Its good to stop at once, but probably never again.
