Very cool process (no pun intended). Flavor was very good. Ice cream was silky smooth. Noticed they have dairy free options too.

My 11 year old got a simple vanilla ice cream with crushed Oreos and absolutely devoured it while I sipped on a Nitro cold brew that definitely rivals other coffee chains in the area. Customer service was great, too, and prices were definitely reasonable. We'll definitely be back!

Ice cream was good, not great. Customer service is lacking. Watched a young mom stand at the register ready to order with her son for what seemed like 5 minutes while the manager/owner continued training his employee. When a paying customer is ready to order everything stops and the customers order is taken. Not a great lesson for young employees. After reading the reviews about bad service, this is where the problem stems from.

The Dangers of Liquid Nitrogen Ice Cream

While liquid nitrogen ice cream may look fun and exciting with its smoky, dramatic presentation, it comes with serious health risks that are often overlooked. Liquid nitrogen is extremely cold, reaching temperatures of around -196°C (-321°F). Consuming it directly or eating ice cream that hasn’t fully evaporated can cause severe internal injuries, including frostbite to your mouth, throat, esophagus, and stomach. Even a small amount of liquid nitrogen remaining in the ice cream can be dangerous if ingested.

Additionally, improper handling during preparation can lead to spills or splashes, posing a risk of skin burns or respiratory hazards. While it’s safe when made and served correctly by trained professionals, many commercial outlets may not follow strict safety standards.

In short, while liquid nitrogen ice cream looks cool and tastes great, the risks associated with consuming something that’s essentially ultra-cold liquid are real and should not be underestimated. Proceed with caution and only enjoy it from reputable sources that prioritize safety.

This place is awesome! The workers are all so friendly and welcoming and the atmosphere was great. The ice cream is delicious and they take customer suggestions seriously. My friends and I love this place, and I would highly recommend it to everybody!

They poured nitrogen on the ground to amaze us and it worked!

Terrible experience. They messed up my order, were extremely rude, and even started an argument with me instead of fixing their mistake. On top of that, one of the staff members used profanity and said, “I’m 17, I don’t care,” which is absolutely unacceptable and unprofessional. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. I will never go back.

I’ve been wanting to try this place since we moved here. I thought the concept is really interesting and would be fun to watch (it was fun to watch). However I was incredibly disappointed with the experience I had. The milkshakes were the consistency of, and tasted like, water. So much so that any toppings added sank right to the bottom. Some had no flavor at all and others tasted artificial. The ice creams we ordered were already melted when served to us. The portions for the price would be ok if the product was even slightly appetizing; but given what we were provided with, it feels like they are overpriced. The space itself is nicely decorated, but there was tons of dust and spiderwebs and bugs. The customer service was ok. Overall, there are WAY better options in the area imo.

Just got a peanutbutter cup. Best damn ice cream I’ve ever had.
