Cool ice cream place. The little ice cream sandwiches are the best. Service is good and polite. The place is big and themed, so a stop in to have some crazy ice cream flavors isn't boring. Overall, I would recommend it if you like ice cream.

I went with a friend on a Sunday a few weeks ago. The customer service was so bad that I HAD TO make sure I left a review.The ice cream its self is really great. But if I ever were to come back here I would not eat inside.The employees were so rude. We received rude looks when we asked for a sample, even though on the menu it literally says ask for a sample. When we sat down to eat the two employees working sat down at a table behind us and were glaring at us. One of the employees was loudly saying “I don’t understand why people get ice cream in the winter, I would never do that” with such a bad attitude. She continued to talk about how many hours she has and that she doesn’t want to work. The ENTIRE time we were there she was just whining and complaining to her coworker. There were other customers in the store, and you could tell on the look on their faces that they were all thinking the same thing as me. Extremely unprofessional.

It pains me to write this review because I absolutely love supporting small businesses and do so every chance I get. However today I was really disappointed. My boyfriend and I made a stop to the shop because of some amazing photos of ice cream we saw online. We live in CT but decided to make the trip over because we enjoyed the concept and that's the only reason for the additional star. Upon arrival the shop was completely empty. However that didn't mean anything because it took us several minutes to even be acknowledged after walking in. We are then informed that they are out of crepes, waffle bowls, and sugar cones. It's an ice cream shop? So we decided on milkshakes. Well I attached a picture of what I supposedly ordered and what I received. Reminder it was not busy. This may have been the grossest milkshake I've ever had. It tasted like frozen milk and you could not decipher what flavor it was what so ever. Staff clearly did not want to be there and we will sadly say this will be our first and last trip.

Definitely the go to for ice cream! You choose what you like and it's made fresh right in front of you. Everything is nice and neat and clean. You can eat in or take out. And I love that every flavor has it own bowl to avoid cross contamination. Absolutely recommend!

Was our first visit. Helpful staff, great creamy ice cream. Large open space for kids to roam. Plenty of parking. And kids loved watching the ice cream being made.

Ordered a two scoop cannoli ice cream, had to ask for the cannoli pieces, the sizes of ice cream are inconsistent, my previous trip I ordered a two scoop ice cream which was a larger portion than what I got this time around ordering the same size two scoops, got charged for a waffle bowl but didn’t receive the bowl, put whip cream on a shake we requested no whip cream on.Positive aspects was it’s a kid friendly environment, clean, and servers are respectful although the one making the ice cream had an attitude when I asked if she gave the correct portion because it seemed like a one scoop and not two scoop like I requested.

We used to come here a lot - hadn’t been over the winter, came back excited to have a bubble waffle sundae only to find they no longer have them and have replaced them with crepes. This was disappointing as the bubble waffles were delicious and crepes not as good. Please bring them back!
