Sorrento’s never disappoints! The food is amazing every time, and in my opinion they have the best cheese pizza anywhere in the area. The quality, flavor, and consistency are always outstanding.

What really stood out tonight, though, was the incredible customer service. Shortly after placing our order, we had a minor emergency and had to leave the restaurant unexpectedly to run home and check on a situation. When we returned, the staff was genuinely concerned and asked if everything was okay. That kind of kindness and personal attention is rare these days.

To top it all off, the owner treated us to a complimentary shot before we left. It was such a thoughtful gesture and really speaks to the family-oriented atmosphere that makes Sorrento’s so special.

Great food, great people, and a welcoming, traditional restaurant where customers are treated like family. We always enjoy our visits and will definitely keep coming back. Highly recommended!

I absolutely love coming here for a relaxing and enjoyable dinner. Staff treat you like family and the food is always fresh and they only use the best quality ingredients! The pizza is amazing and the pasta dishes are always a home run. My favorite is the pasta with arrabiate sauce! Best pasta dish around!

Ordered pizza for delivery. After 1 hour. I called. Tells me delivery guy left my pizza at my door. Didn’t even bother to call. Said he knocked but didn’t. Worst service I ever had. Who leaves food at a door and don’t even call when phone number is attached to order.

Came here on a whim. Pizza was great. Fesh hot bread was really good. Staff was very friendly. Would recommend.

A hidden gem for nearly 50 years! I drove from Longmeadow for the Sorrento Pizza (ricotta, hamburger, mushroom, and onion) and it was worth every mile. Amazing atmosphere and Patsy, his father, and the crew make you feel like family. Don't miss this West Springfield staple!

Heres a tip, if you’re an extremely overpriced pizza joint, maybe you shouldn’t treat customers as if they were in a fast food joint…

Used to love this place.
Now you call and it’s a very rude young woman who does not want to help you,
absolutely tortured by every question you may ask (and I’m not talking about crazy complicated questions, I asked her the price of a pie…)
I mean, who in their right mind would ever call a pizza place to ask such crazy thing?
Extremely rude even when you give her all your patience.
I understand you don’t like your job, no one does. But that is not how you answer a phone call. You are a restaurant. That’s what happens when you never fire your spoiled employees who you have connections too.

But more importantly, the quality has gone way down hill. The dough used to be better, the sauce definitely used to be better, and the environment was friendly rather than rude. This is also not a unique opinion, almost everyone I know used to love this place but since maybe 2 years ago everyone just goes somewhere else.

Used to be happy to overpay for their pies and their customer service, but they’re just no longer worth it.

I recently placed an order from here for a work party. After submitting the order, I received a call from a woman regarding a salad I had included. I initially thought there was some confusion about the instructions, so I began clarifying how my coworker wanted it prepared. Unfortunately, I was interrupted with the comment, “I know how to read,” which came across as dismissive and unprofessional. It wasn’t a great first impression in terms of customer service.

When I arrived to pick up the order, the gentlemen in the back and driver that holded the door for me were polite and pleasant. We ordered a pepperoni and cheese party pizza as well as a white sauce party pizza. The pepperoni pizza was fine; however, the white sauce pizza was disappointing. It was very hard to chew and appeared to have little to no white sauce, resembling more of a hard cheese bread than a white pizza.

Overall, the experience did not meet expectations, and based on this visit, I would not choose to order from here again.
