Now i understand why this place rarely has people. The service is terrible! The worker robert i believe, is one of the rudest workers i’ve experienced. He seems like he’s forced to work and gets annoyed about EVERYTHING. The place and food is amazing

This place closes whenever they feel like it. It says 8.30 pm. Sometimes it closes at 7 50 sometimes at 8. The place should be closed completely

If I could rate this subway 0 stars I would. Don’t go in the evening when ROBERTS working. This guy huffs and puffs at any and everything you ask him to do, like someone’s forcing him to work there. He’s super rude, and honestly don’t even know how he’s still employed here. Subway should be ashamed for hiring such a rude individual. He denied me my food at the register and threw it in the back room after a simple misunderstanding, then proceeded to help the next customer and ignore me. Won’t be back to this place ever! Such a POS. Save yourself the trouble and go down the street to the Riverdale location.

If you want me to come back, you need to have fresh soft bread and not be stingy with the content. I paid 12 bucks for stale bread and a very thin layer of tuna. Welcome to the future where you pay twice as much and get half what you used to.Parking: Plenty of parking because there were no other customers. At dinner time!

Closed at 5:24pm when it’s a 6:00pm?Rude staff too.
This review is mostly based on one bad experience. The food is average Subway quality in general. Last time I was in it was a late afternoon. The guy in front of me had his sub made and was getting ready to pay. Told the worker he didn't need a bag, was going to eat in store. The worked said he couldn't eat in store. When asked why the worker said he didn't feel good. When pressed the worker said something about him being the only one working so he needed to make the subs and couldn't take care of the dining area. The customer was upset and after a bit of arguing said he was going to just sit down and eat. The worker grabbed the sub back, turned to help me, and ignored the original customer. I'm not sure what was going on here, but the optics weren't good. There were no signs or anything about the dining area being closed. Not a good situation.

The owner was very rude. Watched me eat, accused me of stealing chips and complained that I got a refill of lemonade. Go to any other subway for better service.

If I could give this Subway 0 stars I would. Stopped in quick to ask if the person I was with could use the PUBLIC restroom and was denied entry. The employee behind the counter was rude and not helpful at all. I even offered to make a purchase so the person with me could use the restroom. We even let the employee know there was a medical condition that would warrant its use. We still were denied access. What a disgusting establishment and this person should receive some remediation. Also, the franchise owner should be ashamed of themselves for running a business like this. I would never return here, and will certainly tell others to do the same.

Everyone like the brand name subway,Like any business, owners can decide what they put in their salad , and their menu,some subway has fresh salad other just have fake lettuce and fake tuna ? ,frozen meatballs and preheat again,careful what you order lol ?service are ok , clean restaurant, most of the restaurant they are not taking any coupons, so don’t waste your time in savings your coupons for any discount

They are scheduled to close at 8, but I arrived at 7 and the employee locked the door as I arrived and said they were closed. Other people arrived also to find the door locked, but employee still inside.
