Just stopped by at this Taco Bell on Memorial Avenue and your workers were extremely rude and said that they were closed. There were multiple cars that pulled up around 2:10 AM, and the store isn’t supposed to close until 3 AM so whoever was working on 6/21 closing shift going into 6/22 needs to be disciplined for closing the store early

I usually love Taco Bell, but this location was awful. Staff had a bad attitude, the cashier was lazy and rude, and they clearly didn’t care. My order was missing multiple items, no napkins or straws, and what I did get was wrong—even after going back. The meat tasted old, taco shells were stale and all broken. Total mess. Didn’t get what I paid for. Inside was dirty.

BEFORE YOU READ MY REVIEW, DONT This place should not be hurt or hated as these are rare combos now I loved the pan pizza. The soda hit different. Wonderful decor and signage. Once they remade the Mexican pizza it was great. Breadsticks are rock. Heavy vibes tho and is a historical landmark. Check ur veggie Mexican pizza before eating if you are vegetarian-they screwed it up and my dad was on the toilet.
Ordered on the app, still had to wait, they rolled all the burritos into the paper wrap so they all fell apart, no sauces, piss poor service.

New review 3-29-25. Skimpiest portions you could imagine. Tacos so thin like a teaspoon full of meat. All of them were like that. Special new items missing ingredients. Called manager and was basically told we make them by the rules. I guess rules at this place means a teaspoon of meat???? No other restaurant is so cheap.
