I have ordered vegetarian from this location TWICE and both times I have received beef in my order. This is unacceptable. I have allergies and am very very disappointed in this service. Paying $10 for something that will 1. Make me extremely sick, and 2. Go completely to waste, is absolutely unacceptable and disgusting. I spent $44 in total on my order, and still ending up disappointed by the food is insane.

Food wasn't even wrap properly it was dumped in the bag and a mess
Just stopped by at this Taco Bell on Memorial Avenue and your workers were extremely rude and said that they were closed. There were multiple cars that pulled up around 2:10 AM, and the store isn’t supposed to close until 3 AM so whoever was working on 6/21 closing shift going into 6/22 needs to be disciplined for closing the store early

I usually love Taco Bell, but this location was awful. Staff had a bad attitude, the cashier was lazy and rude, and they clearly didn’t care. My order was missing multiple items, no napkins or straws, and what I did get was wrong—even after going back. The meat tasted old, taco shells were stale and all broken. Total mess. Didn’t get what I paid for. Inside was dirty.
