The ladies here are super nice and adorable! We both got customized smoothies and they were super paitent with us :D

I’ve been to this place a couple of times and i was even in line when they first ordered for the free smoothie for a year. Everything i come in and get a smoothie it’s never fully blending and i have to always ask it to be remade.
Then i tried to get food today and my quesadilla was barely toasted and the sauce was 1/3 filled?!?!? Payed about 7 dollars for food i dont want to eat anymore. Please do better so the busy can be processed.

Also please play music it’s very awkward everytime going in with no music. Thank you

The ladies here are so nice and efficient, they great you every time you come in and working diligently on your order ! I will be coming in more often. I ordered a Thai chicken wrap and it was so good with a peanut butter cup smoothie and now I’m trying the chicken pesto flat bread and the three cheese chicken

Have done several pick up orders here past few weekends. We found a smoothie we are obsessed with (chia banana boost). The best kept secret is the “pair and save option”. I hope they never get rid of this!! Such an affordable and delicious breakfast. Very generous portions with the size of smoothies and wraps. I thought the wraps would be “cheap” like Dunkin. But they really aren’t. Loaded, semi-health depending on your diet, and tasty! My son is obsessed as well. 10/10

Ordered 1 acai bowl in store at 12:03 received it at 12:26 and bowl was like not even half filled

Don't bother ordering the apple pie cuz they have been out of the topping for it since the first week they announced it. And dont think you can order online and not have to deal with people even though there is a pick up section because u still have talk to a worker to get your stuff.

This is place is blacklist. The acai bowl the fruits that was inside not eatable. Like the fruits have a after taste like freezer burn or spoiled. The sunshine smoothie didn't like it at all because or the orange juice brand they use is not great. The only smoothie that was good mango magic.

The whole point in why people use the online ordering is to NOT HAVE TO INTERACT WITH PEOPLE! Yet every time I go in, I have to interact with people 🙄

I'm disappointed about this place because I was a regular customer and coming from Florida I was excited they had a location in West Springfield. I ordered from here through door dash weekly, but my interaction with the franchise owner Savin was enough to not support this location anymore.
The customer service is lacking in this place and corporate should be involved in de-escalation and customer service training especially a one-on-one with the owner.

So I love TSC. Huge fan everywhere BUT w.springfield. The staff is absolutely horrible and disrespectful to the point where corporate needs to get involved.

Originally I ordered an item on doordash. It requested a couple items not to be included. It was even written on the tag they stuck to the bowl. I called and they offered to remake it. I came in the following evening towards closing and called before hand to make sure a note was left and to see if I could have something of lesser value and they hung up on me. Upon arrival the girl seemed less than happy to be doing her job and made the bowl which the base tasted like straight up chemicals and the banana even had a tart taste to it.

Needless to say. This is the worst unsafe health hazardous location I’ve ever experienced. Stay away.
