This is the most sketchy location honestly, couldn’t take order on drive thru w no explanation for is to why, I’ll take my business elsewhere

first of all, i was charged 15 extra dollars and refused a refund, then they completely missed half of my order in the bag. i wasted 40.00 with no refund option. will not be returning.

Cave here for two biggie bags and with no notice they were upgraded to large so when I ordered one more item av number 1, my bill was 34 dollars. No one asked for large, it was just a forced onto me.

Placed an online order and when I came to pick it up they tried to hand me the wrong order. Then they said they accidently gave it to someone else and said theres nothing they can do. I paid for food and because their employees are incompetent I dont get my food that I paid for. Had to get loud with them to get my food. They are rude and have an elementary level education in there.
Edit to update: they made my food. Got home, they gave me the wrong food. Someone close this terrible location

They are advertising an $8 meal as pictured on their front windows, but they are charging $10 for this exact meal. The manager Jada said there is nothing they can do and that they don’t offer it for $8, so why are you advertising it for $8

I was in this store on 10/21/2025 around 5:30 pm. There was a gentleman in front of me with three young boys, no one took his order after waiting 10 minutes, the crew was walking in and out, eye contact was given more than once, still no service, he left with his children without food. I, proceeded to wait another 5 minutes or so, and nothing, finally, I asked “If anyone was going to take my order”? 2 crew members behind the counter looked at each other and the young woman said, “You have to give me a second” I also left without placing an order. When I was leaving the back door by the drive-thru was open and 3 crew members were smoking outside! Not, to mention the music was blasted in the front!

The whole wendys sucks .they don't use their drive thru .make you stand in line also this Wendy's upcharges their meals there is no small medium and large it's automatically large. Which defeats the purpose of going to Wendy's if you were trying to get something cheap.all in all the place should be shutdown for lack of caring about the customer.. zero stars .

This place just let 5 cars sit in the drive thru line for over 10 minutes with no communication just to tell us they aren't serving food. Why are you even open. Worthless,
Worse Wendy's in the area. we went once to the drive through for some frostys. they told us we had to go inside to order. we waited like 10 minutes to order and then like 20 for our frostys . obviously more staff needs to be hired. absolutely awful experience. do better Wendy's corporate and make sure your restaurants have proper staffing! it's stressful for them too I'm sure.

The incompetence in this restaurant is ridiculous. I understand its fast food, but there is no reason my entire order should be messed up, and half my order is missing. Yall really need to get it together
