Extremely rude employees and management. They'll leave you waiting forever to order at the counter or check in for your mobile order. Music inside is way too loud. The soda machine is always broken. Overall, I avoid this place.

This is my second visit to this particular restaurant. The first time I do recall the service was extremely slow but at least the food was good. This time the service was prompt but the sandwich I got was almost inedible and the clerk was insistent that she had to charge me for a large. They had no other sizes. It was also breakfast and there was no offer of coffee. Just told to go to the soda machine. I should have known something was off when the clerk was trying to force me to do a survey immediately and then tried to tell me what answers to put. Pretty shady. The store was pretty nice and clean inside so I will give them that.

They always charge for large when you ask for medium, then don’t give receipt to give wrong one.

Disorganized. I stood at the counter for almost 10 mins while the staff kept walking by and no one greeted me. During which i saw and heard multiple mistakes being made. I finally left and went to another establishment

This store have 0 respect for the costumer and delivery drivers I been here for many many years doing deliveries and eating too and they always at the phone or in a conversation and the manager all of them are very respectful and rude

SCAMERS they overcharge you from the real price and are rude and yell at you when you confront them. Place steals and lies to your face. Luckily, I got it all on video. Calling the Attorney General's office tomorrow

I visited the Wendy’s in Springfield, MA, and noticed the prices charged were higher than what was listed on the menu board. At the drive-thru, I questioned the difference and was told it was “because of tax.” I explained that tax is added at the end, and the employee responded, “Do you want your food or not?” I went inside, where staff admitted the menu board wasn’t updated. One employee rang in a medium combo at the correct price, then switched it to a large, raising the total. When I asked for the original medium option, she said it wasn’t available even though I had just seen her enter it. I asked if they had medium cups, and she admitted they did but “can’t offer it.” This feels intentionally deceptive. If mediums are not available, that should be clearly stated. Charging more than the posted price without proper notice is misleading and illegal. I believe this location is taking advantage of customers and should be investigated.

Visited the Wendy's on Riverdale St., West Springfield. Very clean inside with a nice atmosphere. Service was quick and the staff very friendly. The music was a little on the loud side for my preference. I had the Dave's single burger w/ cheese. Good size burger. The fries were made from real potato and were excellent. Self service on beverage- Coca Cola products. Came with a medium sized drink and fries.
