Ordered an iced coffee and a 4-piece of nugget. There was only me and 2 other cars in the drive-thru. I was parked for a while for these items and not told why but when I did receive my order the iced coffee was warm and smelled funny. The iced coffee was $5 and the worst drink I've had. It tasted like they put hot coffee inside the cup of ice with expired creamer, the smell of this drink was not normal it was like a spoiled kind of smell mixed with a hint of coffee since it was super watered down. I should have known something was wrong when I got parked for such a simple order. Disappointed at this location and wouldn't recommend the coffee at all.

Nothing like getting automatically upcharged from a small (displayed on drive-thru screen) to a large when you pull up. “It automatically charges to a large,” said the manager. Nothing but a scam. Go elsewhere.

I ordered I bacon cheeseburger with ketchup, mustard, bacon, onions, and pickles. Not only was the burger cold, I got 2 tiny burnt bacon on it, with 1 onion and 1 pickle! Completely unsatisfied! I have always had an issue with this location but I figure I try one more time and once again, horrible horrible and workers were rude!!!!

So I ordered a Chicken Sandwich.French fries french fries are cold like always send them back, bite into the Chicken Sandwich also cold. I ugly piece of lettuce and half of tomato off the end piece. Very disgusting and gross. I try to give them the benefit and I still get bit in the butt. I should have read the reviews before entering this place. They're all bad. Classic burger, West Springfield. Best place to get a burger.

Found a piece of hair in my food. They wouldn’t give a refund only offered more food which I’m already disgusted so I don’t want food. NOBODY is wearing hair nets. So unprofessional and ghetto

Had to go through the drive through twice to get the attention of the person taking orders. They didn't give me my receipt, didn't give us our Cinnabon desert, all the sandwiches were cold, & none of them had more than a single strip of bacon each. So we had to microwave our lunch at home & lost out about $5 due to no desert. Will not return at lunch time again.
