Burger was decent. Fries were soggy and not fully cooked. Nothing was seasoned. They entered my order wrong and when I told one of the employees she said that’s what they input and made no offer to fix it. You get what you pay for I guess.

Food looks and smells good. It'll probably be the best hotdogs and burger of my life tbh but the attitude i got from the lady after I ask for a cup of water seemed unwarranted. 1 star for service. That young man needs to learn some manners.

I have been traveling to Springfield MA for about 11 years now. Well I finally got a change to try this place. The burgers are amazing, french fries were awesome. Great and friendly staff. Atmosphere was very laid back and relaxing. Thank you to all the staff that was there tonight. You guys did an amazing job!

White Hut! Oh boy, this place holds so many memories! I remember going here with my aunt and uncle when I was a little kid, and the delicious burgers have not changed one bit. I love how they make them right in front of you—and how they always cut the ladies’ burgers in half, haha! This is a must-stop if you’re anywhere near West Springfield. Open since 1939, and I hope for many, many years to come!

I ordered a burger and onion rings here for the first time ever today. The onion rings had a very strange texture and were cold, and the burger was the worst quality and worst looking I’ve ever received in my life. The burger was very small and looked old and dry even though they had just made it. They didn’t put the correct condiments on. I would not recommend coming here and wasting your money. Literally the worst burger joint I’ve ever been to.

1. Food is overpriced 2. Little to no flavor 3. Seen hotdogs get dropped 4. Saw buns get tossed and dropped 5. I ate there and somehow the hotdog was still cold 6. Saw a plumbers crack
Yeah no thanks. For the amount I paid, I could have got an amazing smash burger with sides and still had some money to spare. Good luck to anyone that goes there!
Actually fire perfectly simple also very cost effective. Very cute lil place and they have a fire drink fountain like the ones they don’t make anymore

It was OK, the hot dogs was very good, the burger was Super greasy, onion rings were ok, chili cheese fries were good. Our stomachs got upset later that evening I assume from all the grease.. I'd stick with the hot dogs.
