After almost a lifetime of dining, I can officially say I'm no longer patronizing the White Hut. If you don't wish to read any further, I can summarize this review as follows: Bad Service, Poor Quality, and Extremely Filthy.
The “They/Them” that took our order was surly and rude to us and all the customers while we waited. The young man operating the grill should not have been operating it because he put in the effort of an unattentive sloth. He burnt the onions and never cleaned the grill as he went along, so we had burnt residue on our food. I snapped a photo, which I can try to attach to this review.
Worst of all, he dropped the tongs on the dirty floor and continued to cook with them. The tongs were filthy and encrusted with food residue. I already had my food after fifteen minutes of waiting. I would have requested a refund and walked out if I didn't. My wife begged me not to cause a scene about it, but it was gross to witness first-hand.
While this confusion was happening, another server was arguing with a customer about his name because she could not differentiate the difference between “Sean” and “John.” She continued to utter nonsense for a solid three minutes while we quickly tried to scarf down our rubbery food.
We made the mistake of ordering the onion rings, and the grease they were cooked in probably hadn't been changed in a long while, contributing to the place's filth. We were freshly showered and in clean clothes. The smell of fry permeated the car as soon as we got in, and it's been an hour, and our clothes still stink.
Everything about the inside is a dirty hole. Nobody wiped the counter we sat at; instead, we got a glare. The floors, utensils being used, countertops and napkin holders were all filthy. Even the parking lot was full of trash.
I wouldn't recommend the White Hut to anyone. Since it’s no longer a family business, the quality of the food and the help are sub-par. At this point, they exist on the merits of the past. It was always a treat to go to the White Hut. Those days are gone. I have to stop now and look for the Pepto. My lunch left my guts hurting.

Monday 12/30/24, I just stopped into white hut for lunch ordered 2/ double cheese burger lettuce tomato & mayo along with a chilli dog !! Received no Mayo on burgers, the chilli dog was Horrible, it was way over cooked , very rubbery & tasted like s--t, worst chilli dog i have had in my life, for your own satisfaction please do not order there HOT DOGS!! Nothing like THE ORIGINAL HUT I wish they would go back to the chicopee provision hot dogs. The food that I paid over $25.00 dollars not worth the price I paid, very dissatisfied customer.

I always stop by White Hut when I can. I will even get it at the big E and I live locally. I have crushed many burgers and dogs over the years and plan to continue crushing burgers and dogs. I do miss the old days of the yelling and soda in the big fridges. But as they say it is what it is. At least it's still around to enjoy!

The hotdogs was wrinkly and the bun split and they put soo much chili and cheese in a shut box side ways it was a disaster to eat. It was good but required a fork because the bun didn't hold up. It's a basic fast grill spot. Burger was yummy but took the bottom part off because it was soggy.

I thought they were a little pricey, but the cheeseburger was delicious.
The incompetence of the work staff is amazing. Waited for a coffee milkshake that was never placed and when it was it was a vanilla milkshake. Ordered a chicken sandwich with bacon and did not get bacon.

Everytime me and my husband come here we always get attitude, which is a shame because the food is good. It's just very off putting. If you don't enjoy your job perhaps get one you do.
