The food wasn’t good and the service was inattentive and lazy. The atmosphere and appearance of the restaurant far exceed what you actually go there for... TO EAT! Also if you bring out hot plates let the customer know because I felt like I seared my thumb print off trying to grab my food. 🤣 And I’m not sure if it’s the smell of paint or the cleaner they use or if I was unfortunate enough to have gotten a stinky persons booth, the whole area smelled like a foot. It was bearable but unpleasantly surprising to sit down to what smelled like a freshly extracted sock from a landscaper on a hot day.

This has been hit or miss for me. The tuna rice app is my favorite. The menu changes seasonally and it seems like the popular stuff gets removed. Not sure if the seasonal cider flight contains alcohol or not, if it does it could be dangerous. The service has always been really nice and attentive.

Went with my daughter for lunch. Food and service were very good. When I got the check I paid with cash, the bill was $42.54. My waitress came with $17 cash, no change and said the restaurant doesn’t carry coin. She was going to give me a dollar out of her tip money. I said no, tipped her and told the girls at the front desk. If you don’t carry coin, don’t accept cash. It was total bull. 46 cents isn’t a big deal. It’s the principle. Totally won’t go back.

I had a Multiple Sclerosis meeting to talk about a new medication. The food is what one would expect from a event like this. Temps on meals questionable. Parking for Handicap was extremely limited considering most of the party had a disability of various degrees. Walking can be very difficult with this disease. Very little though was used for accommodation of the guests.

If I’m leaving a review, it’s because some place is either really good or really bad and unfortunately, this place was the second, really bad. Let me preface this by saying I come from a family who is involved in the restaurant business so I understand the ins and outs of it. This place was not good from the get go. The place was busy so I understand the wait as far as getting drinks after being seated. My husband ordered an IPA from the large selection of beers. Plus for that. However, I wanted wine and they only had one brand of Chardonnay. I could overlook this if the rest of the experience wasn’t awful. We ordered wings, hummus and nachos. The wings were extremely dry and the hummus had no flavor whatsoever. The nachos were mediocre at best. On top of that, our entrees came out shortly after our apps being brought out which is a huge pet peeve of mine. My son ordered a half rack of ribs which he said we’re OK, I ordered pasta with blackened chicken, which was absolutely terrible. It was greasy and did not have strips of black chicken, more like little cubes of microwave chicken. My husband ordered steak which for $29 should’ve been delicious but it was terrible. Shame on us for ordering steak at a high priced fast food chain. The waitress was okay except at the end when we were trying to pay the bill and were waiting for an incessantly long time, which is ironic seeing how the rest of the meal was rushed. I really wish we had chosen someplace else because for $175 plus a $30 tip, we would have been just as well off at Chilis. Do not recommend at all.
