Finally got over to Keshar Indian Restaurant & Bar tonight after hearing so many great things about it. It's inside the "Aiden by Best Western" hotel on 28 in West Yarmouth. Let me tell you, we had an incredible time tonight. My husband and I both got mango lassi's which were beautifully sweet and slightly tart. He had the goat curry, my kid had Malai Kabab and I had shrimp tikka masala. Also had an order of garlic naan and an order or cheese naan. So when my family was asked if they wanted it "Indian hot" my kid asked what that was compared to spicy and I said that spicy is probably "white people hot" 🤣 We all had a good laugh, server included. He asked if my husband and kid were SURE they wanted Indian hot, that's what they got. The food was absolutely delicious! SOOO flavorful. But the service was second to none. Our server laughed with us, asked questions and had conversations with us and we really REALLY enjoyed our experience there. Cannot WAIT to go back! 💕

I visited Keshar Indian Restaurant & Bar yesterday with a party of four, and we had an amazing experience! The food was absolutely delicious — full of rich flavors and perfectly spiced. The service was top-notch; the staff was friendly, attentive, and made us feel right at home. We’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend for anyone looking for authentic Indian cuisine in a warm, welcoming atmosphere!

I had an amazing time at Keshar! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was inviting and the staff greeted us with genuine warmth. It was so busy but the food arrived on time .The service was impeccable—friendly, attentive, and professional throughout the meal. Highly recommend

First of all, I'd like to say that I love Indian food, it's probably my second favorite cuisine. I ordered the garlic naan and chicken tikka masala via delivery. The naan was great! I loved the soft, chewy texture and the garlic spread was delicious. However, the tikka masala left a lot to be desired. I'm not a fan of restaurants using filler ingredients so I was quite annoyed to find more onions and green bell peppers than chicken. Also, the masala sauce lacked that subtle sweetness I'm accustomed to from other Indian establishments. I'm not saying this restaurant is bad but when it comes to the Chicken Tikka I would recommend trying another dish instead.

Ordered for a pickup order with a 20 minutes wait time announced. Arrived 35 minutes later, and was told my order was in progress. I had to wait an extra 25 minutes to actually get it. More than an hour for 3 rices and a chicken tikka masala. Come on. No apologies for the wait, nothing.
On top of this, probably the only time I had to pay $24 a chicken tikka of that size. Lucky us it was tasty.
Definitely not the expected experience for that rating.

Excellent food! We were a large party - 12 of us with kids and they were very accommodating and warm. Definitely one of the best Indian places in the Boston area.

As an Indian living in the U.S., Kesar Indian Restaurant truly feels like a taste of home. The food is consistently delicious, and the atmosphere is calm and peaceful—not too crowded, which makes it a perfect spot to relax and enjoy a meal.

What I appreciate the most is their attention to spice levels. They always ask for your spice preference before preparing dishes, which is perfect since I often bring friends who have different spice tolerances. It’s great to see an Indian restaurant that caters to all spice levels without compromising flavor.

Their menu has a wide variety of authentic Indian dishes. My personal favorites are the Palak Paneer, Butter Naan, and Garlic Naan—always fresh and full of flavor. The Samosas are also a must-try. And being from Bengal, i love the Ras-Malai of course it is my favorite.

Overall, Kesar is one of my go-to Indian spots in Cape Cod, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for authentic Indian cuisine with customizable spice levels and a welcoming atmosphere.

Personally, One thing which bother me is that they should train their server to be more attentive.

Was so excited to find this option for Indian food! Was even more excited that it’s delicious and in a nice modern atmosphere with friendly staff. They offered us fresh hummus, which was still warm, and it was excellent. Try the bullet naan and the Keshar’s cocktail!

Also, single malt whisky and beer from India makes for some interesting options.

So happy to support a spot like this! We’ll be going back soon!
