This fabulous food truck was in the parking lot of Ann & Fran's Kitchen, and when we couldn't get into the restaurant due to a mile long line, we were ecstatic to be the first in line for the whole wheat waffles with stewed strawberries and cream. I saw the menu online and was definitely intrigued, so I set out to find this lovely food truck behind Ann and Fran's. I got some cold brew and a fantastic barbacoa breakfast burrito. The ambience is incredible as there are many planters with fresh herbs, undoubtedly used in their cuisine. To rate this place under 5 would be a travesty to lovely food trucks tucked behind other lovely eateries, such as Ann and Fran's.
