The food here is really good. It have a great atmosphere super cute the service is really great. In the summer there is typically a wait but it is worth it. The strawberry pancakes are to die for. It is a great family friendly place.

Foodie fabulous breakfast on the Cape and we just bought a place 2 miles away. How lucky are we? Bacon jam, tomato jam, seasonal menu with special incredible Halloween omelette, amazing muffins and the nicest staff!. Been there at least 5 times and there is always some new delectable breakfast. Yes u may have to wait or u might get your timing just right. Love the ambiance down to the funny cape kitsch pictures in the bathrooms. Tried to buy their ketchup online-can't because everything is so special but they make it look easy. There is nothing like it anywhere.

Food is great, as is service. Chairs are the most uncomfortable I've been in. Unless you are a medium to small person, it will probably ruin your enjoyment of the meal- they are that uncomfortable.

From the moment I opened the door I was hooked. The vibe is on point for a place that flips tables tables faster than my granny's pancakes. The service was friendly yet they didn't overstep and gave the right amount of time to review the menu and specials. The freshly squeezed OJ was perfect. The oversized baked goods on display for all to watch disappear was fun. Now for the actual food. The side of BnG was (holy S#!%) to die for. The giant biscuit was on point. Huge!! The Benny on the daily special was amazing. The Avocado toast was perfection as I left not too full to continue with our Saturday plans. I issues were, is it's not open for dinner and it's too far from Alaska for me to go back DAILY. ANN & Fran's Kitchen is 100% a MUST. I am so thankful I found this hidden gem. No photos as we were busy having a great time. Be prepared to wait for a table. It's WORTH it.

My family and I loved this small breakfast place. The food was fantastic and the service was very friendly. I had the BYO Omelette with ham and onions which was great. My wife and daughter had pancakes and my son had the French toast. We all loved what we had.

We've only been living here for a month and half and we've already been to Ann & Fran's twice because the food is fantastic! The menu is full of things I'd never make myself, which is, to me, the mark of a good breakfast place. (Who can't make eggs and bacon?) I've tried the OG Benny, the Forager's Omelette, and the corned beef hash. All were amazing. Other family members tried the (dairy and gluten free) buckwheat pancakes, the blueberry pancakes, the BYO omelette, and a cornbread peach muffin. Highly recommend! Yes, you have to wait, but some things are worth it!!

Sweet spot ..... passing through ... Cape Cod to Boston .. looked at Yelp for a breakfast place. Great reviews ... I agree with them ... food ... great ... service attentive and getting the job done. My visit was late Monday morning .. no wait ... small place ... I'm sure wait is significant at different times but I feel genuinely worth it. I took home some of their home made baked goods... wow ... they also have a coffee/pastry truck with outside seating ... great idea.

Ann and Frans is one of two places on the cape that I will eat breakfast at (aside from my own kitchen). If you appreciate quality food this is a great spot. Worth the wait you are likely to have. The clean dining space is small but quaint. The daily baked items are delish... if you enjoy scones because they aren't overly sweet make sure that you check out the daily offerings.

Stopped here for breakfast and it was delicious. Homey feel with quality food. Delicious jam and fresh squeezed oj! Also had a pastry to go that was amazing.

Visited twice on our recent vacation. Really good breakfast / brunch. Lots of different options, fresh ingredients, not just fried diner style. This place is popular so arrive early and be prepared to wait, although the line moves quite quickly. Everything we tried here was great- my boys enjoyed the kitchen sink which was a big portion. Strawberry pancakes were excellent. They also had various scones and pasties which you could order with cream / jam etc. Service was attentive. Overall excellent.

Food was so fresh and delicious! Service was amazing. We loved the cozy ambiance as well. The homemade muffins are a MUST to try or take home with you!! Peach corn was delicious.

Waited 45 minutes on a Saturday around noon, and would absolutely do it again. Service was quick and kind, and the food was incredible. The corned beef hash was a table favorite, and the gluten free buckwheat pancakes were incredible. It's a very small establishment so you should expect a wait, but once inside things moved quickly.

The 45 minute wait was well worth it! (We came at a busy time and was a party of 4). The Buckwheat waffle was crispy on the outside and fluffy in the inside. The veggie Benedict was incredible! Nothing like I've ever had before. The flavors all meshed together so well. My husband got the corned beef hash (homemade) and eggs and it was delicious as well. The homemade jam that comes with the toast is delicious! My daughter also got the basic eggs/sausage/home fries. It was all soooo good! It is a small place, but it's very cute. Our waitress was Jennifer and she was great. She recommended multiple places to go check out and was very friendly. The other girls that worked there were all very nice as well and helped each other at all the tables. We will certainly be back the next time we visit the Cape!! :)
