Nice place, but not what I expected
I visited Scally’s Irish Ale House during my trip to Cape Cod after reading some great reviews. The place has a cozy pub vibe and the staff was friendly, which I really appreciated.

Food was good. Prices and portion size were good. However, paying $3.75 for soda that was in a very small glass filled with ice and being offered a refill WITHOUT being told refills were not free was extremely deceptive. Wait staff should be instructed to let the customer know that refills are not free. Paying $15.00 for Pepsi is ridiculous. We didn’t ask for a refill we were asked by the waitress if we wanted a refill. With no mention that refills weren’t free
