From the name and reviews this sounded like a coffee shop however I think it would be better described as a bubble tea shop. All I wanted was a cup of joe. I felt that there was a pretty long wait when I was only second in line and that the employees didn’t even glance my way so I was left standing there wondering if my order was still on the way for 10-15 mins. PS get a topping on the waffle. It’s dry without one. It’s not very sugary like a Belgian waffle usually is.
The cozy atmosphere, extensive menu options, and superb customer service truly make this place like no other. If you’re looking for a place with great bubble tea or just somewhere to unwind and have a good chat, visit Cha Cha n Beans in Westborough.

Came in on a whim with a friend and ordered a smoked salmon onigiri, warm waffle with green tea ice cream and brown sugar syrup, and a black sesame milk tea with tapioca bubbles. Wouldn’t change a thing about my order. The staff was friendly and patient. The space was neat and clean and full of books and board games, plenty of space to sit and no feeling of rush. Definitely recommend. Bonus: the have compostable cutlery and the option for paper straws.
