I cannot BELIEVE how bad the service is here. Never again. I hoped the other reviewers were just disgruntled, but the service has actually gotten WORSE then my first few visits.
Generally doing a pickup order, it has almost never actually been ready, even arriving 10 minutes after the ready time. This is literally 4 or 5 pickups in a row. Whatever, I'll wait.
Last order my wife arrived 45 MINUTES after I put in the order and still had to wait because 'they wanted to know what meat to substitute' - another 25 MINUTES for this! so more than an HOUR to pick up a burrito and chips - two items!
THIS time I ordered a burrito, chips and guac as I was rushing to a work emergency. At least it was ready this time, but come to find out they did not give me my 8 DOLLAR AND FIFTY CENT LARGE CHIPS.
I am so done with this place. Will not come back, shame on me for thinking these were isolated incidents.

They dont tell you. That they will charge you extra for some thing you put on the burrito. I was charge. 25bucks. For a Burrito. I mean it taste good. But. Let a person know. What are they going to charge extra ahead of time. Cause on the menu. It said it was. 9dollars for Burrito
