Would need food to actually rate it. But ordering online here is a scam. Pay full price for only a quarter portion of food. If they actually give you some food, they miss items in your order. Go to the Shrewsbury location. Hard pass on this location.

I don’t go to chipotle much but decided to get lunch there today. I walked up to the counter and the woman was just staring right past me.. literally did not say a single word to me the whole time! The carne asada was very fatty and hard to chew.

Our server was wonderful — he greeted us with a warm “good to see you back” and made sure we were happy with our bowl. had a little friendly small talk, and really made the experience feel welcoming. Great service! ( unlike a normal chipotle visit)

I ordered through Door Dash. I ordered the same bowl a week or so ago and it was great! That's why I ordered it again. Today, I received a bowl of rice with a few beans and literally 6 tiny pieces of steak and half a rock hard avocado under a little guacamole on top to hide it. The first time I ordered this it was great and actually had a decent amount of steak and beans so I ordered it again. I won't make that mistake again. $20 for a bowl of rice is not worth it. Also, the door dash driver literally drove her whole car onto my front lawn and the food was cold like it came out of a refrigerator. I don't know if she got lost but it's a 9 minute drive from there to my house and the delivery time kept increasing as I waited. The last time I ordered from this location, the food arrived hot. I'm guessing the server needs more training, but the Door Dash driver literally parked her whole car on my front lawn when there was space for her in the driveway. She needs to go back to driving school! This was not a good experience.

I really don’t understand why they are so incredibly rude here. The staff goes out of their way to make things difficult and make you feel terrible about visiting before you end up paying. I love chipotle but loathed my experiences at this location. Horrible management.

Saw several reviews about bad service, but I got the opposite. The girls serving my order were extremely friendly and kind. Food was OK, pretty much the same you would get at any other chipotle, no concerns. The store was clean and organized. Would return.

The food is standard chipotle good. But it’s the service and the staff that makes this a poor place to go. The staff doesn’t give a shit about what you are saying. Even when there is no line they are just in a rush and don’t give a shit about customers. Additionally they had a non English speaker taking order at the start of the line, who didn’t understand anything I said. When tried giving feedback to the Manager, she simply walked away from me. Pathetic place. Highly recommend not to visit this place.
