Dunkin'

This is my second Sunday at this location every thing is ok but I alway order a plain bagel or everything bagel with egg n cheese n I don't get it right so please check it before u give it to the customer n ask the customer what they ordered since they transfer me to my store in Northborough I been coming here never had a issue. Staff is always kind and efficient. I order ahead and use the drive thru pick up often before work, it’s always quick and easy! Rachel goes above and beyond and is the sweetest, as is the rest of the staff! thank you Dunks team!

This place absolutely sucks . Ordered 20 mins ahead and still wasn’t ready for pickup . No one in line when I showed up . I asked an employee if they had my order . She rudely said “yea it’s coming “ I started seeing coffee orders on the counter that were place after mine . After a few minutes she finally made my coffee and after I said thank you she ignorantly said mhmmm. Incompetent employees

Was given my order and went home. WRONG ORDER. I ordered a breakfast sandwich and got home with munchkins. Woman who took my order was pleasant enough but young girl who handed it to me might want to find a job that is NOT customer facing. You’re welcome is the proper response to thank you. NOT “YUP”

Told they couldn't make an iced latte because they close at 5. It's only 4.

Gross atmosphere, slow workers waited for 30 minutes in the drive threw for the workers to give me the wrong drink and when I told them they were wrong they proceeded to tell me that that’s all they could make it with even though it wasn’t my order without a refund. As well as not apologizing or giving straws or utensils. Not ok I’m never going back there. DO NOT GO HERE

This location is extremely busy with big rig truck drivers who can't use the drive thru. The Dunks only staffs this location with 1 worker to handle the counter and the drive thru. The current worker prioritizes the drive thru leaving long lines for counter orders and people walking in for mobile pick ups.

The one worker that was able to run this location efficiently just quit due to being over worked and not appreciated by the company. The new worker can't read English and consistently gets people's orders wrong.

I've stopped going to any Dunks in the Westborough area because none of them are staffed well and whoever owns them has no care about the quality of their employees.

The drive thru took 30 minutes to be attended and finished everything, I bough breakfast and the egg came half the cheese and the wrap was totally burned, AND IT'S NOT THE FAULT OF WHO MADE THE SANDWICH, IT IS THE DISTRICT MANAGER WHO DOES NOT PUT 3 PEOPLE TO WORK IN THE MORNING.THEY NEED MORE PEOPLE WORKING AT THIS DUNKIN IN THE MORNING. IT'S BEEN TWO DAYS IN A ROW THAT IT TAKES ALL THIS TIME IN THE DRIVE THRU OF THIS DUNKIN

service is exceptional, yet for whatever reason for the past 2 days the milk they've served in my coffee orders have been noticeably expired, upon request for the employee to check the expiration date he refused, said it was fine and refused to refund.

Last week i came here 15 mins before closing, out of iced coffee... alright. No biggie. Today, same time, no response at the speaker. Pull up to the window hollering "hello?" Nothing. An online order sitting in the window that was slightly open. Cool. Put the last order at the window and refuse the rest so you're walking out at exactly 5 right? Smh

They always mess something up on my order. I drove there today just to get my daughter a bacon egg and cheese wrap and they didn’t even give it to us. Not the first time I’ve paid for something and they don’t give it to me.
