Honestly, this is one of the worst Dunkin’s I’ve ever been to. There’s no one ever inside whenever you go to the drive-through nobody responds you just left there saying hello for 10 minutes and this has happened more than once where you’re in the drive-through and nobody is responding despite the store being open. They always get the order wrong and you have to ask to fix it and then they treat customers like trash… I would rate them 0 but I can’t so I give them a 1

There bathroom is always broken or has pipe issues. It’s obvious they don’t clean the bathroom. I work in the area. If they don’t clean the bathroom one can only imagine the kitchen.

This Dunkin (124 Turnpike rd westborough) is a joke. Multiple times I have ordered a specific quantity of munchkins and each time they have only done the amount they want. today I ordered 50 assorted for a meeting at work and only received 26. This has to be a joke surely but its not, even the woman at the window questioned the baby sized munchkin box she handed to me. Unfortunately this is the closest Dunkin to work. its Obvious why the google reviews for this location are so low with majority of bad reviews.
They move slower than a sloth on vacation.

It never fails these people consistently mess up my order!!! Mind you, I order online every time and yet they never get it right! I have always been patient but this is ridiculous!!!!!!! I mean not one time have they done a good job here!!!! I do not recommend this Dunkin at all.

I had two drinks made incorrectly here on back to back visits. This seemingly small problem lead to one of the top two worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had.
8/26/25 Anna said she didn’t realize the machine was broken and I could come back to have them replaced.
9/12/25 I attempted to do so, asking for Anna and one of the two drinks that was wrong. Simon turned and told another woman working there my order “large ice caramel macchiato add espresso”. Maybe she was focusing on getting the espresso right, but the drink came without caramel!
9/22/25 I returned asking for Anna to retrieve the second drink and to report that the replacement I had gotten last time was also wrong. Instead of providing excellent customer service and fixing the problem he was already aware of, Simon made up a story from thin air saying last time after explaining the situation, I only wanted one of the drinks and that all is settled. I never said this. He said Anna was fired two months ago (not possible, I kept a record and clearly my last communication with Anna was less than a month prior on the 26th of August). I told him that the drink I received from him last time wasn't even right. He said he made the drink and that it was perfect: this is also false because that night I heard him relay my order to another woman working there who made the drink missing caramel and delivered it to me at the window. He then told me sorry, he would be unable to replace the drink this evening. He said to come back on a night when Anna’s working which would indicate that she still works there. I was seeing red because his decision was backed by three separate lies, plus I had been promised replacements for the two incorrect drinks I paid for (and the first replacement on 9/12 was even wrong).
I parked my car and went in hoping to speak to a manager. Simon ferociously repeated the same lies, again wasting my time while I had groceries including ice cream and dinner in the car getting cold with my family waiting at home. I asked for a manager, that’s when Kevin stepped forward. I explained the story, and he said Anna was fired for legal reasons and they couldn’t honor anything she had arranged previously. So I told him “regardless, I still received two drinks that were made wrong and one of your employees gave me her word that I could have them replaced”. He reluctantly agreed and asked what drink I needed. I could tell this enraged Simon. On my way out the door, Simon yelled “hey, I want you to take a sip of that drink before you leave so we can see that it was made right!” This is completely unacceptable! I ordered the drink to put in the fridge and consume in a couple of hours or possibly the next day, so I told him no I wasn’t planning on having coffee just then—he cannot command customers when to eat or drink their products especially after treating me so poorly leading up to this exchange! Strong bully vibes were coming from him, so of course I had no plans to back down. This is not how a customer should feel when visiting an establishment!
As a result, I’ve written this review, will be speaking with the manager tomorrow to fully explain the situation checking if Simon is even his real name, as well as filing a formal complaint with their corporate office.

The past couple couples I’ve been getting Dunkin here, they’ve gotten my order right and they get my coffee/matcha right compared to the one dunkin near the train, it’s more of a hit or miss. Will be coming here more often than the others! 😋

Forgets about donuts when mobile ordered. They often forget to actually put the drinks in the mobile orders shelf. The lady acted like I was stupid when I couldn't tell if the order was done because it wasn't on the shelf

This Dunks was remodeled a while back, it looks great. The staff is good a young man named Kevin is super helpful and friendly.

Worker wearing gloves that rings people out, wipes his nose and prepares food without changing. Ordered on self serve, employees must be manipulating service times. Said order was ready and the didn't even start it. Been here many times. Each time is more of a disappointment. Would not recommend.

Worst ever; Wish there is a Zero rating! The folks running this store are aberrations to the service industry. Despite ordering breakfast in-store on a working day, after waiting 15 mins; had to run from cashier to cooks to get it; tons of attitude; they seem to have a kick when you struggle; but determined to not care about the customer. Its like despite giving them business you need to earn your breakfast while they laugh at you! I see many complaints before me and looks like there seems to be no leadership or customer care. Deadly combination. Good luck!

They charged for donuts but did not give in box.. my son did not check at the drive thru counter and at home he was not happy, because he chose Dunkin donuts over burger King on the other side of road..
