This Dunks was remodeled a while back, it looks great. The staff is good a young man named Kevin is super helpful and friendly.

Worker wearing gloves that rings people out, wipes his nose and prepares food without changing. Ordered on self serve, employees must be manipulating service times. Said order was ready and the didn't even start it. Been here many times. Each time is more of a disappointment. Would not recommend.

Worst ever; Wish there is a Zero rating! The folks running this store are aberrations to the service industry. Despite ordering breakfast in-store on a working day, after waiting 15 mins; had to run from cashier to cooks to get it; tons of attitude; they seem to have a kick when you struggle; but determined to not care about the customer. Its like despite giving them business you need to earn your breakfast while they laugh at you! I see many complaints before me and looks like there seems to be no leadership or customer care. Deadly combination. Good luck!

They charged for donuts but did not give in box.. my son did not check at the drive thru counter and at home he was not happy, because he chose Dunkin donuts over burger King on the other side of road..

Hi this review goes out to the staff that accused me for paying for a bagel with a counterfeit $5 bill
I looked into it…please google what a $5 bill from 1995 looks like, and whisper an apology to me into the universe for treating me like some kind of low grade criminal mastermind and refusing to use my money.
“It doesn’t look like my other $5 bill” yeah because it was printed before you were born, and that’s not a valid reason to refuse service!

Terrible everytime i come here they have no donuts, the workers are clearly high on drugs angry screaming, and then it saus 24 hours but you show up at 1130pm at the drive thru and she says closed not taking orders…

Drive thru girl was rude, gave me the wrong sandwich, I asked her to fix, and she rudely still gave me a wrong item. I’m so done with this location. They’re all RIDICULOUSLY rude and unprofessional and can’t even follow English instructions. I get a wrong item every day. Never coming back! Will go out of my way to go to a different location.

The absolutely slowest, most poorly managed Dunkin I have ever been to. I have been coming here for years and the service has gone downhill significantly. I was in there the other day (drive thru line was insane) and one of the employees (I think she is the manager) was sweeping the floor! There were 5 or 6 of us standing there waiting to order and she did nothing.

For some reason, this location (and most other Dunkin locations), can never get my order right when ordering in person at the drive-thru. Mobile ordering is the best way to go, because otherwise there's always something wrong with the order.
