The website says they are open until 10 pm and at 8.40 pm they have turned off the expresso machine and they have some attitude when you ask them something

This establishment does not offer refills for 2024, although other locations across the United States continue to provide this service even post-COVID. During my visit, I observed the manager becoming increasingly frustrated while attempting to contact an employee who was engaged in conversation with a colleague regarding an order. The manager muttered a comment under her breath when the employee did not respond, displaying visible irritation in my presence as I inquired about obtaining a refill. Once the employees concluded their discussion, I asked if I could receive a refill along with another beverage. In response, I was met with considerable attitude and informed that there are no locations in the U.S. provide refills, which is inaccurate. Consequently, I opted for a different lager unsweetened tea and departed. I remain a loyal supporter of Dunkin and will continue to choose them over others; however, it is essential for their employees to reflect on their conduct before representing such a commendable establishment.

Order completely wrong. Asked for untoasted multi grain bagels and got plain toasted
While the employees are fabulous, it seems the manager has odd procedures.
You can’t walk in and get a turbo shot after 9:15, as ‘the espresso machine is already clean’ and sometimes, you can’t come in at 9:45 and even get a cup of coffee as ‘we have no coffee at the moment’ my guess is due to cleaning the setup.
Perhaps this all should be done after closing. A place that’s made it names in donuts and coffee should, at the very least, have donuts and coffee till the doors close.

The cashier was rude. Never told me my total I had to figure it out my looking at the register.

Usually it’s fairly quick and friendly good service but a few of the ladies are so incredibly rude ignore you roll their eyes and make snarky comments. Other than that it’s usually 5-stars service,
not polite and hash browns seemed like they were left out for days.

The store manager was extremely rude. I was ordering with a lady and he kept interfering. Was extremely rude in speaking with me. Probably didn't like that i was Muslim. Took a customer and complained to the customer that I was taking too long to order while i was still at the counter. I have never had a bad experience at dunkin donuts but this location was the worst, left without ordering. Would never return. They need to teach customer service to their employees.

Stopped for a coffee and found out they charge more on the highway than off. Be ready to pay a few dollars more than usual for your coffee
