I actually didn't go in the shop, I tried to visit and had to get in line on the street, but I was time constrained so pulled into the parking lot only to find out that only carry out was available so I left empty-handed

It was good. Similar to other Dunkin Donuts on the road. That is the one of the advantages of chain restaurants -you are sure you will get the same product no matter where you are. Cleanliness and the friendliness might change. In this place their friendly was good, cleanliness is alright. I guest they don't have much time to make sure the path where people work is as clean. There is a lot of snow other side. Understandable.
