During my visit, I observed the manager becoming increasingly frustrated while attempting to contact an employee who was engaged in conversation with a colleague regarding an order. Usually it’s fairly quick and friendly good service but a few of the ladies are so incredibly rude ignore you roll their eyes and make snarky comments. Other than that it’s usually 5-stars service,

I actually didn't go in the shop, I tried to visit and had to get in line on the street, but I was time constrained so pulled into the parking lot only to find out that only carry out was available so I left empty-handed
