This establishment does not offer refills for 2024, although other locations across the United States continue to provide this service even post-COVID. During my visit, I observed the manager becoming increasingly frustrated while attempting to contact an employee who was engaged in conversation with a colleague regarding an order. The manager muttered a comment under her breath when the employee did not respond, displaying visible irritation in my presence as I inquired about...
