Four of us went out for dinner at El Basha for a casual dinner and a chance to catch up. The owner and staff immediately make you feel welcome and treat you like famliy. The food is excellent and very reasonably priced. We typically order a few things to share and eat family style. We start with a Mezza Platter which is like a lebanese pu pu platter and then order a couple of main dishes. Our favorites are the Beef Stroganoff and the Port Saiid. I also highly recommend the Lebanese white wine , Blanc de Blanc which is reasonably priced and tastes similar to a pinot grigio.

We enjoyed a lovely Wednesday dinner with friends. Our server, Jill, guided us through the menu and was attentive, but never intrusive, throughout our meal. We started by sharing a cold mezzah sampler, followed by our entrées: my husband and I shared the Port Said with chicken, and the Chicken Shawarma, both of which were very good. There's a nice wine list, and the French chardonnay we ordered for the table pleased us all. One member of our party ordered the rice pudding for dessert, and the rest of us (who had thought we didn't want dessert) were very glad that Jill brought four spoons -- and that our dining companion was willing to share this delicious treat. Notable is that the noise level in the restaurant allowed adults of a certain age to converse comfortably.

Very good home cooked food. I often get grilled lamb and fatouch salad with their fresh hummus appetizer. The atmosphere is relaxed and the people couldn’t be nicer.

I felt this place is Americanized and its far away from the authentic Lebanese cuisine, Fooul Mudamas is not at all what its supposed to be like, bread is served cold , the lamb chops are simply bland , the lamb cubes also tasteless , salad has no crotons, chicken cubes were seasoned well, kofta kebab had some flavor , instead of tatziki white sauce being given Tahini when asked with the rice platter.
This place may suit American crowd but people who looking for actual Lebanese cuisine its an absolute No.
I wish them all business and profits but it doesn't suit the taste of people who are used to the Authentic flavors back from home.
This is a must go restaurant. It offers the best food! The flavors of the food smack you in the face. The staff is great! Feel free to ask any questions or recommendations. They know whats good!! Cant recomend enough.

My Husband and I have becoming to El Basha for years. They always treat us like family and the food is amazing. Our favorite dishes are the Tabouli, Fattoush, Hummus, Port Said, Lamb Chops and the Stroganoff. Best Lamb Chops in Massachusetts, coming from a girl who lived in Greece for 20+ years.
We announced our first pregnancy with our family here, get together with friends. Plus our Vegetarian friends love it here as well!

We came past 1pm. I ordered mixed grill plate and my friend the swordfish. I thought the food was a bit bland especially the fish. had to remind the server to give my friend her water because she apparently forgot. The table adjacent to us had better and prompt service even though we came before them. Not even once did she ask us if we need anything or how we are doing compared to other tables. I had to call and remind her again of my tahini and hot sauce but she only came with the tahini. It took time for her to give us the check and to come back to process the payment. Overall, food and service is mediocre. I won’t recommend.
