We recently ordered a full sheet size cake that serves 70-80 people. The cake was stunning and delicious. The baker did an incredible job and was able to bring my vision to light . However the service was not upto the mark. When we went yo pick the cake , noone was able to pack the cake properly. They were asking us to take the cake home with the lid open . After explaining seevral time and for more than an hour that it will contaminate the cake , they figured out a way to pack...
The cake was good, but they design as what they want. I ordered a cake for 25 yr old men and what i get is below. I ordered Gold and received white cake.
Call the store twice and no one called me back for the same. When I call today after 10 days they asked me to bring the cake so they can refund.
No apologies to spoil my moment. Baker still find it beautiful for a men’s Birthday party. Really disappointed with our experience.

Tiramisu Cannoli was good. Ricotta Cannoli felt average. Cinnamon log and raspberry log needed more substance. Tasted more like a mouth of pie crust. Service was like my doctor... needed more bedside manner. (Friendliness felt forced- not genuine) Although presentation was pretty, the end result was lackluster.
