We are frequent customers to Mandarin. This is our favorite Chinese restaurant. We ordered take out for New years eve. My order was ready upon my timed arrival of 3PM. Food was warm when I returned home. However, to our surprise, we found portions smaller than usual. We ordered all sides which were accounted for. Also, Food was somewhat overcooked. I most likely will not order take out from them next year but will still visit their restaurant to eat in. Very disappointed

By far the best Chinese restaurant in Massachusetts. Mandy is so nice and we always ask for her. VERY clean place. They are always cleaning it every day. Amazing food, nice atmosphere, great service, and very clean.

Had to go and try this Restaurant after hearing so much about the food and service .. I took my sons on New Years Eve .. we preordered .. went to the Bar, met Tony (who is somewhat of a celebrity from what I heard from most of my friends) .. and enjoyed a terrific Mai Tai along with meeting so many nice patrons at the bar. We brought food home and boy was it ever so delicious ... best around without question.. if you havn't tried this restaurant.. .. put it on your bucket list ... john benedetto - northboro ma

The food was delivered, tasteless undercooked, cold. The manager did nothing other than excuse to Cook and the lack of help to provide a quality meal. I would never go there again.

We got to dinner at 8:30pm and were rushed through the ordering. The waitress was not polite nor friendly and appeared to be more interested in closing out the shift than helping us with ordering or making us have a good experience. Foods orders were messed up and on pointing out - instead of correcting, she wanted to convince us it was good that way.
How does a place completely get the order wrong from need to chicken when I specified three times. The bartender which was the owner was talking a million miles world hour and said that he got the order right then I get home and he gave me chicken and the food sucked. Like dude slow the hell down and get the order right. All I wanted was steak and he messed up dinner, I literally tossed this dry dehydrated chicken away. Good luck ordering from this trash place.

Food was great but most of it could have been hotter. The general gaus chicken and the spring roll were the only things that were nice and hot. everything else was semi hot, like it's been sitting out for a while.
