The food is good, especially the snacks but the service and management is awful. I think they recently started getting more customers and have no process to manage the workload. They just keep making excuses for delays and we have seen the bad management atleast 3-4 times now.

Tried the jalebi from Mawa House in Westborough and it was honestly the worst I’ve ever had. It was completely dry, had a bitter aftertaste, and clearly wasn’t fresh. For a place that prides itself on Indian sweets, this was a major disappointment. Not worth the money. Definitely not coming back for this.

I ordered some food for our next day event. I was told it would be ready by noon. I went there and shop was not open. Eventually the order was not ready when they opened the shop. It got everything delayed by an hour. Service was not up to the mark. Ignoring the part of miscommunication on their side, the food was really good and our guests enjoyed it. 5/5 for food quality and taste.

This was our second visit during our time in Westborough , and the food really amazing We tried their chicken Pizza and Pav baaji —both were 10/10, full of flavor. Yesterday , we tried their Paneer pizza and Pastries and thoroughly enjoyed all the food. The service is quick, and the food tastes great. Both the quality and price are excellent.
