Got a “quarter pounder” without the bun. I realize it should look like less because no bun… but it was just sad looking. Literally thrown together. Long wait too. For almost ten dollars I expect more. Disappointed.

My college roomates boyfriend stopped here after work, exhausted and ready to go home. He left his wallet at this location, without realizing it he left. He called my roommate to see what to do, since he was already forty five minutes out so she called the McDonalds. (November 20th 6 pm) The woman who answered was extremely rude and told her that she would not look for his wallet, and that it is not there (how would she know it's not there if she didn't look, also his airtag showed that it was at the store). So I took it upon myself to call this establishment, after overhearing their conversation. The Lady answered and threatened to call the cops, so I told her to go ahead and do so, and that I would be there soon. I then hung up, and got in my car to drive over from Springfield. About ten minutes later, I got a phone call from the lady saying that the cops found the wallet, CONVENIENTLY after I said that I would be there shortly. Not to call her a thief.. but it's a little funny that the wallet showed up after only ten minutes, a cop would not be that fast getting there for a non emergency. This tells me that she had the wallet all along, and never called the police. He did thankfully retrieve the wallet and it's contents, however this situation was ridiculously unnecessary and unprofessional. I hope this worker can use this as a learning experience when she (a probably 45 year old woman) gets a real job not a high school job. I also hope this Mcdonalds can use this as an example when going through the hiring process to better screen possible employees.

I would leave zero stars if I could. Customer service is HORRIBLE, completely unprofessional and rude over the phone. A member of my group lost a wallet and we realized once we were far away. We called, the initial call was ignored. Our second call was answered by a very abrasive woman who refused to acknowledge the missing wallet, was incredibly rude when we explained where we sat and asked for her to look as we made our way back to arrive. She hung up the phone on us and another member of the group called hoping to get some sort of assistance. The same woman answered, threatening to call the police if we came back again concerned about the missing wallet. As a past employee- This is not the McDonalds standard and I am incredibly disappointed in the people who they hire as “managers”. The wallet still hasn’t been found regardless of us KNOWING it was left there and I sincerely believe the abrasive phone woman took it. Do better and McDonalds do better with who you hire. I will NEVER return as long as that woman is working there.

Seems like there is something wrong with my order every time at the West borough McDonald's. I'm not sure if it's a language barrier or just employees not understanding what is ordered. Whatever the case, I rarely get what I ordered. Very unfortunate.
