Disappointed about the large fries In a paper bag instead of the usual fries. I felt betrayed by McDonald’s.

Fast and efficient, even if they try to give me a receipt I don't want messing up the car.
EDIT: Dinner pickup is the absolute worst here. They make all customers with anything custom sit in lines in front of the pickup window. It looks ridiculous.

Ordered #7 meal with a coke, add xtra pickles. Got a sprite and no pickles, no cheese, nothing except burger and bun!! Kid took a bite and didn’t eat the rest because they couldn’t even make it the right way. we had to pull up and wait 10 minutes for it to be walked out to us! Do better

I simply stopped for a quick bite to eat between errands. The servers were very kind and quick to help. The food was served hot and came out fast. The restaurant was clean. As a whole, and with the “Play Place”, this location is very family-friendly, bright, and cheerful.

I ordered on the app at 10: 50am by the time I got done with my order it was 10:52. Breakfast ends at 11:00. I have walked into McDonald's before in order at 10:52 and they accepted my order. When I called McDonald's the lady on the phone was rude to me and she told me that because the driver came at 10: 59am she was not able to give my order to the driver. I place my order before 11: 00am. Because my driver came one minute before breakfast is over I was not able to get my order. Ben told me that I can't get my refund for one to two business days. Not to mention I spent $40 on my order now I'm not able to get another order. The lady on the phone was not only rude but had no care of that I didn't get my food because of the time as she was explaining it to me. I will never order from the app again and unsure if I want to go to that location again after the way I was treated on the phone.

Very disappointed in the customer service. I myself am an assistant manager in a fast food chain and the girls at the second window were very rude and rushing me to get out of line not just that , my order was made wrong. Not coming back again.. no napkins , no sauce what is even happening.

I had a really frustrating experience at this location. I was trying to ask for a “buy one, get one free” offer, but the front staff misunderstood me and started yelling, saying, “This is your order.” I calmly explained that I knew it was my order, but I wanted to clarify about the “buy one, get one” promotion. Instead of trying to help, the staff rudely responded, “No English.”
I felt completely helpless and unheard. If you are serving a diverse customer base, you should ensure that your staff can communicate effectively or at least make an effort to resolve misunderstandings. This experience left me extremely disappointed.
