Very disappointed in the customer service. I myself am an assistant manager in a fast food chain and the girls at the second window were very rude and rushing me to get out of line not just that , my order was made wrong. Not coming back again.. no napkins , no sauce what is even happening.

I had a really frustrating experience at this location. I was trying to ask for a “buy one, get one free” offer, but the front staff misunderstood me and started yelling, saying, “This is your order.” I calmly explained that I knew it was my order, but I wanted to clarify about the “buy one, get one” promotion. Instead of trying to help, the staff rudely responded, “No English.”
I felt completely helpless and unheard. If you are serving a diverse customer base, you should ensure that your staff can communicate effectively or at least make an effort to resolve misunderstandings. This experience left me extremely disappointed.

I cannot give 1 star, Worst place ever i have seen, employees don’t use gloves while preparing the orders, i saw one lady itching her head and then packing, another removing the trash and back to order preparation. Food hygiene is very important, hope someone will take of this. We cannot have the food trustfully. I went there, ordered, at any ways i just wanted to come out with my son.

I mostly have experience with this Mcdonald’s opening crew. Great job to everyone, they even gave me the right drinks when i told them they gave me sweet tea when i asked for unsweetened.
Couldn't even order because the service was so ignorant and rude. Correction - they were so rude that I decided not to order. If you don't know how to use your communication system then figure it out and don't give customers bad attitudes.
