The foods great but the service is no good the constantly get code info wrong and blame the customer resulting id lost money and my time explaining... the manger is rude when shown mistakes as well

This place is the epitome of fast food. The workers are awful and extremely rude. In the drive-through to showcase, they are achieving times that they truly do not, they ask you to move forward. If you ask for any kind of sauce, they will not put it in the bag and they will make you go inside. None of this is that awful except for the fact when they get the only item you ordered completely incorrect. This is a complete waste of money, go to any other location or better yet, Wendys!

The food here is decent at best and they dont really understand when you try and make specific instructions i even asked if they understood to which they replied yes even after I repeated what I asked for to make sure as this constantly happends im tired of re calling or having them redo it at the window at this point they just need to be re trained

They have a decent play place but kind of small. The air conditioning is broken currently. The app wasn't working, the staff tried to help but could not complete my order. Food took a very long time. Had to order manually at register even after online confirmation of app order.

They have a play place for the kiddos so we went there and they took FOREVER to bring us our order. Then, once we finally got our food they made us leave mid-meal to go into the dining room harassing us the entire time. Quick aside the table they made us leave in the play place we had just cleaned to eat on. The play place area was dirty and the dining room was filthy. Our table was filthy. They treat people like trash here. Do not waste your money just go to the Chick-fil-A down the way. Also, I called corporate and and they said this behavior of making the customer leave the play center while eating was unacceptable. We spend a lot of money at these McDonalds we have over 7 people in our family. As a result, I am going to boycott not just this McDonalds but all the McDonalds to hopefully see some real change. We use the app so they will know

Although the service was OK, it looked like they were short handed, this is the only McDonald's I've ever been too where my 1/4 pounder was barely warm.....1/4 pounders are supposed to be made to order, so I give them zero for that...I ate it in the parking lot to insure it was made to order.....I will skip this location next time.....
Disappointed about the large fries In a paper bag instead of the usual fries. I felt betrayed by McDonald’s.

Fast and efficient, even if they try to give me a receipt I don't want messing up the car. EDIT: Dinner pickup is the absolute worst here. They make all customers with anything custom sit in lines in front of the pickup window. It looks ridiculous.
