This fast food restaurant has evolved from Taco Bell into Chipotle-like options to build your own… I initially preferred Taco Bell pre-made items, but the food is so much better now… Much appreciated! This particular site has an excellent staff member doing all the serving

This place is straight up nasty, from the server relaxing at a table with nail clippers. To the smell of this place made me want to vomit. I went to moes when it was in natick and it was great, unfortunatly they closed. So i thought hey, i havent been to moes in a while lets try this one. NO DO NOT TRY THIS ONE go to mcdonalds across the street youll get way better food.

I literally just watched a employee sneeze on the food prep counter without covering up, seems like he has never been food trained cause he had to be reminded to wear gloves. Must be the franchise owners kid.

DO NOT EAT HERE. I WAS SERVED RAW CHICKEN THAT I ATE. I ordered the adobo chicken and started eating it and noticed the chicken tasted kind of weird (chewy/ slimy) I didn’t think anything of it, just thought it tasted bad. Then I noticed the chicken was raw. I was still at the store so I took it to staff there who claimed it was “a result of the batch”…. It’s just undercooked and legit raw. Clearly the staff doesn’t care about food quality and they lack any training probably. Avoid at all costs.

Quiet diner (no music at all). First and last time going in. Servers are indian so I could barely understand them. They were wearing sandals with socks and sitting on the dining tables after serving each customer like they had nothing else to do. Ordered two burritos. Nothing special about them, I’d give the flavor a 3/10. They gave me a dirty greasy tray with the thousand cold unsalted tortilla chips they serve and my burrito. As I was eating it, I couldn’t wait to finish and get out of there. Not a pleasant experience and like I said, it was my first and last time there… my advice: don’t waste your money there. Go to Chipotle for better burritos and overall experience.

Food is never cooked right, ingredients are often incorrect (given things never asked for or missing things wanted), ingredients also never at temperature they should be (meats are cold/barely warm, cheese barely melted in quesadilla), ingredients thrown in with out care (queso just poured into bottom for nachos), ingredients themselves often prepared poorly (see picture for a piece of pepper given for nachos). Avoid this location and instead use either competitors or locations in other towns.
Guy behind the counter could not answer any questions, one about allergies. Rice is under cooked and there was 1 salsa out. Not sure why meals are advertised when I was told they don't do that.
