Horrible experience and I learned how to make reviews to submit this. The two who served my girlfriend and I gave us stink faces and did not offer me any extra toppings, and just threw my disaster of a quesadilla on the grill. The chicken was watery, my girlfriends salad was on the verge of rotting and my food looked like vomit. Not to mention we walked past an empty booth with prescribed medication on the table which I could only presume was the staffs since there were only 2 other people there on the opposite side of the room. Neither of us could stomach one bite and walked out. This ruined moes for me. Never again. Next time, hire workers who have half a brain.

This was my first time ever here and this girl with some drawn on eyebrows had the biggest attitude when I was ordering my food. I asked for 2 extra toppings and she made a face at me. I also mentioned the fact that they give you free chips and salsa and she got upset and rolled her eyes at me. When it was time for me to pay she didn’t give us our food and it was right it front of her. She expected me to bend my back over the counter to get it. She has terrible customer service and she deserves to get fired.

Even though their food is good, the main reason they don’t run like chipotle is because of 1) customer service 2) cleanliness 3) little pricy compared to chipotle 4) rude employees (don’t even smile at you or welcomes you). I don’t complaint about the food, bowl I ordered was great but no way they can beat chipotle. Only biggest problem with their food I would say is their chips - they make one of the horrible chips (not crispy, oily, not cooked properly)

I drive past this place all the time. It's a little hole in the wall place. But the food is very, very good. The staff is very nice. I would recommend if you're in the mood for some Southwestern style food.

Great workers but not sure how this place hasn’t been shut down by the health inspector yet- absolutely disgusting inside. Honestly looks like it hasn’t been cleaned since it opened a decade ago.

They close at 8pm and had the doors locked at 7:54. Come on Moe’s!

I recommend to go elsewhere for Taco's & Burritos. The worst experience ever. The chips were stale, the Hamburg was dripping with sauce with very little meat in the taco's, same with the beef. Lettuce was old, tomatoes were sloppy but the cheese was AOK.

Come here if you like stale rice. Or if you like old vegetables thats been sitting. Also no straws or cup lids.

Food was as good as remembered from when I lived in Texas 15 years ago. And it was not busy at all.

Today we chose Moe's over competitors because it was able to be delivered. The delivery fee was reasonable, but then there were also convenience fees and service fees that were described to be essential to maintaining restaurant quality as well as the website and app. The fees reached over $10 as they were taken as a percentage of our order, and this did not even include any tip for the driver. Why is it our responsibility to pay for the company's website? Especially when it only applies to delivery orders? I don't understand this and think it is entirely unreasonable and unprofessional. In addition, the food was not acceptable. We ordered 5 items (3 Burritos, 2 Stacks) and each one had things missing- for example, none of them had cheese. The rice was crunchy, the corn salsa had greying corn kernels that tasted like they came out of a can, and the black beans were a strange, gross texture. It was honestly not a good experience at all. The food was so unsettling that we stopped eating halfway through our meals and still felt sick afterwards. This is not the reputation Moe's has, so this was unexpected, and needless to say, ruined dinner. Thanks for your time.

This might be the best Moes in Massachusetts, clean restaurant with fresh food, best portions, and great staff! Located on the eastbound side of route 9 Westborough, I'd pick this over Chipotle any day

This Moe's was okay, the chips were a little old and it was very empty and there seemed to be only one worker who was getting the job done so kudos. But slow business sometimes equals foods like chips and salsa sit out for
