This place reminds me of the places I used to go to the eighties and nineties. It's clean. The service and food is good. I go to this place from time to time and never have been disappointed.

Edit: I ordered from the NY Pie in Westborough instead of Waltham. My mistake 100%. I admitted fault, but how about being a decent person? I asked you to split the difference and you refused. That’s just bad business and unkind. It was $150 order and I had 10+ children at my house that I couldn’t leave for 1.5 hours round trip to pick up the food. It’s called compassion. I support small, kind business owners. We have been to your pizza shop before, but never again. Did you donate the food to those in need as I requested? I highly doubt it.

I made a mistake and ordered $150 worth of pizza there because they copied the name from the NY Pie in Waltham. I understand it was my mistake but the owner was extremely rude and wouldn’t even agree to split the difference with me. I had 15 kids at my house and couldn’t drive 1.5 hours to pick up the food round trip. I admit fault but to not even split the difference is just terrible. Mistakes happen. Be a better person.

I’ve only been here once and needless to say, I probably won’t be back. The food said it would be about 20-30 minutes and I was there for 50. I was late for an event very important to me, and wasent happy. The enviornment felt and looked unorganized and there were a bunch of people coming in but not lots of food coming out. When I got my pizza, the cheese was very pail and tasted a bit store bought. The crust was soggy and the sauce was okay at best. It’s fine for a quick bite, but if you’re a local I’d advise you to pick another local pizza place. At least the guy at the front was friendly.
