Stopped in for breakfast. Greeted warmly and immediately. Chose a four-cheese souffle, a cup of tea, and a bottle of water.
The souffle was scrumptious, best I've ever had. Kudos on that.
Unfortunately, I have two small suggestions. 1.) It was a bit chilly in the room. 2.) The water for tea was not hot enough (and I know there's a microwave and this is probably intentional for safety/liability, but it ruined my enjoyment of the beverage).

I ordered the chicken avocado, BLT sandwich. I asked for pickled onions. I got raw onions and cold bacon that was all fat!! Worst sandwich I ever ate! I will never go back to this Westborough Panera!! Horrible!

Was annoyed to find my bagel with cream cheese wasn't a bagel with cream cheese - it was a bagel. And then some cream cheese I could spread myself. Dunkin, Tim Hortons, everywhere else will provide me with a bagel with cream cheese on it - maybe my annoyance is in overdrive but when driving - it was disappointing to find out the expectation was that I was to do the food prep for the meal I ordered at a restaurant.

Did not get the two soups. I ordered one for my 88-year-old mom. I went back as my husband called and spoke with somebody they said to come back and they will give it to us for free another day. I was just there she refused the manager refused, that is the worst customer service I’ve ever had I went to the drive-through paid for meal Cape home don’t live local did not get what we paid for. I’m in the drive-through to get what I didn’t get as well as order and she demanded I came inside.
Great cafe, excellent place for sandwiches, soups, Salads and pizza. Very friendly and helpful staff.

No one at the front when we walked in. Took about a minute to be helped for a cookie, coffee and drink (child and adult). Coffeepot was empty. Told staff and waited five minutes for my coffee when finally a staff member offered to get my coffee from the back. Still took a minute.
