French dipper is always my favorites. I had two visits at Panera recently. First visit I ordered pick two, so half French dipper and a soup, and it was perfect. This time I ordered the whole sandwich of French dip, and when i saw the dip container, I thought it was the same amount as for the half French dip sandwich, so I went to ask prep people there to see if I get more since I ordered the sandwich, and they said the half dip and whole sandwich is the same amount of dip. And not able to add more even I raised my concern of my sandwich, I tried to ask the manager and she said she can’t do anything. Does it make sense ? Now I have half of the sandwich without any dipping !!!!!

I would literally rate it no stars if I could, absolutely disgusted with the quality of the food being served here. Ordered a you pick two, the salad was clearly old, took out all the mushy/ wilted lettuce to try and salvage something of a lunch. Took one bite of a cherry tomato and it tasted old and moldy, spit it out immediately!! Every time I order grub hub from them it’s absolutely disgusting or something is wrong. And stop being so stingy with the salad dressing, at least fill the little cup up. Always get less than half the cup!! Like wthelly!! Please do better, I do have pictures of the salad and I will be reaching out to corporate in regards to this matter!!

possibly the worst service ever of all the other Panera’s I have visited. They always tend to mess up the Pick up our delivery order. Sometimes preparing the wrong sandwich, or completely forget To have all the stuff in your order. So always check at Panera ensure everything is there

The food has gotten so much better! Had the pleasure of meeting Grace at the drive through. What a sweat heart! She made sure everything was okay with my food :)

Service was terrible. Greeted by a cashier named ‘Grace.’ If you’re seeing this, work on your manners. Cannot describe how many times I had to repeat myself and still received the wrong order. Wanted a steak sandwich, and got chicken. How does one mess up such a simple request. Meal itself was questionable. Will not and do not recommend this establishment to others, even when I typically consider other Paneras pretty good. Just awful.
