I had a great experience at Panera Bread! The customer service was excellent Claudia was super friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect for me and my family. The food was fresh and delicious, first time coming to Panera and definitely will be coming back
Stopped in for breakfast. Greeted warmly and immediately. Chose a four-cheese souffle, a cup of tea, and a bottle of water.
The souffle was scrumptious, best I've ever had. Kudos on that.
Unfortunately, I have two small suggestions. 1.) It was a bit chilly in the room. 2.) The water for tea was not hot enough (and I know there's a microwave and this is probably intentional for safety/liability, but it ruined my enjoyment of the beverage).

Was annoyed to find my bagel with cream cheese wasn't a bagel with cream cheese - it was a bagel. And then some cream cheese I could spread myself. Dunkin, Tim Hortons, everywhere else will provide me with a bagel with cream cheese on it - maybe my annoyance is in overdrive but when driving - it was disappointing to find out the expectation was that I was to do the food prep for the meal I ordered at a restaurant.
