The best Thai restaurant I’ve ever been! I highly recommend the basil fried rice, very authentic! The extremely hot chili on the table is my true love. The pho is bouncy (Q) as well. Amazing overall experience!

The interior has some unique decorations, but it doesn’t feel particularly clean — just like a typical Asian restaurant. The menu isn’t easy to read. I ended up ordering a bowl of beef noodle soup, but what came was a bowl of beef meatball noodle soup. The meatballs were the old-style small ones, and eating them felt like chewing on ping-pong balls. Being able to speak standard English is very important.”

I've been going here, and their other restaurant (Thai Tamarind) for years. The owners are nice people, and the food is great.

They charge 15% gratuity with 4 or more guests. Never experienced this before anywhere. Food is mediocre and ambience is not that great either. Service was fast but again regular.

Man, Pho Thai absolutely blew me away. From the second I walked in, I could smell that deep, spiced broth doing its thing, clove, star anise, all the good stuff that separates real pho from the weak imitators. I ordered the steak pho, and right away it was clear this place takes the craft seriously. The broth wasn’t just hot water with flavoring; it was alive, layered, rich, and clearly the result of someone who’s been perfecting this recipe for years. The steak was thin and tender, and it cooked perfectly right there in the bowl.

Here’s where things got wild: the fresh chili pepper on the table. I added about a half teaspoon, and it changed the whole dish. It opened up the flavor like flipping a switch, sweet, spicy, aromatic, every bite after that hit differently. It was one of those meals where you slow down just to make it last longer.

We also had the pineapple fried rice, and it was killer. You could tell the pineapple was fresh, not the canned stuff. Juicy, bright, and cut right before cooking. The rice was perfectly cooked, not greasy, and the chicken had that little snap that says “this was cooked right.”

Pho Thai feels both authentic and fresh, no shortcuts, no gimmicks, just great food made with care. The staff was super friendly, and the place has a relaxed, comfortable vibe.

If you think all pho tastes the same, this place will fix that belief fast. Best pho I’ve had in Massachusetts, no contest. I’ll be back for another bowl as soon as I can.

We stopped by wanting some warm phos without much high expectations due to the reviews. To our surprise, the food is delicious and authentic. We ordered their specialty noodles. We are all very satisfied with the warm and delicious noodles that are actually hard to find elsewhere.

Not very good food for an exorbitant price. There is cheaper and tastier Thai food out there, I will likely not be returning.

Total disaster. They are a total disaster. Orders take 3x longer than they say, are packed incomplete (order soup but forget the broth?!), and a line of angry customers trying to get refunds for food that’s so over due they can’t wait any longer. One dine-in customer who got up and came to take out counter: “we’ve been waiting an hour for our appetizer, are you going to bring it or can we get refunded”?

Find someplace else to go.
