Man, Pho Thai absolutely blew me away. From the second I walked in, I could smell that deep, spiced broth doing its thing, clove, star anise, all the good stuff that separates real pho from the weak imitators. I ordered the steak pho, and right away it was clear this place takes the craft seriously. We stopped by wanting some warm phos without much high expectations due to the reviews. To our surprise, the food is delicious and authentic. We ordered their specialty noodles. We are all very satisfied with the warm and delicious noodles that are actually hard to find elsewhere.
