I've been coming here for a long time and it used to be consistently good. It's taken a turn for the worse, though. The kitchen is constantly messing up orders, forgetting ingredients, over cooking things, etc... The staff is mostly good.
I LOVE the food. This place is my go to. My wife and I even went there after our wedding last week. I’ve had many different plates, I brag about this place to friends and family, I’ve ate from this location at least 20 times from take out to dine in, and It’s the only restaurant I’ve ever consistently gone to.

I'm not a fan of chains but Red Heat Tavern in Westborough doesn't feel like a chain. I have been going for years and always find the food to be fresh and flavorful!! Service can be a little slow but attentive.
