Ordered venti cappuccino , twice they made cappuccino and still they couldn't make a right cappuccino. They don't know difference between cappuccino and latte. Starbucks have screwed up after the new management, Customer service is very poor, rude and not worth the money we spend.

I’ve been a regular at my local Starbucks drive-thru, and I have to say, the experience has been nothing short of fantastic—largely due to an exceptional employee named Brian. His friendly demeanor and consistent positivity make my morning coffee runs something I genuinely look forward to!

Horrible customer service! I tried to order a venti shaken espresso with oat milk and 3 pumps of brown sugar. First she wrote the correct order which was $4.95. Then she cancelled it and said wait you want an iced brown sugar espresso and changed price to $7.30!! And i said no that isn’t what i ordered and she got manager on drive thru and the women said sorry this is the order. Made me so angry!! Then i got the coffee and it was filled so high with ice that it barely had any coffee in it! NEVER COMING BACK AGAIN

Today I ordered a large hazelnut hot coffee and a sandwich. The girl running the window with a very similar black hat on told me my hat made me look like a drug dealer. Then at the window I gave her a tip and she snapped at me that "I dont listen" and then insulted me that I didnt IMMIDIATELY tell her to have a good day "atleast". She should get told to clean the bathrooms. Definately isnt a window person.

I've been a Starbucks customer from the very beginning and this is literally the worst customer service I've ever received in a Starbucks. The (manager?) Lea [was hard to get her name, because she initially covered up her badge and didn't want to identify herself to me] is extremely rude and staff seems poorly trained here, and ungraciously tells you to get lost if you point out problems with what they've sold you.

Recently had to start visiting the store because of the construction at the store in Northboro near Wegmans. Been getting coffee at Starbucks for 10 or 15 years I drink a nitro. At the store, they like to give you about half of a cup of coffee like seven dollars isn’t enough for a coffee. I asked nicely two or three times and they continue to do the same thing. I work in business and know that customer service and making customers happy is detrimental for a successful business and happy customers. I asked nicely to speak to the manager, and I was told that I was yelling and I was rude by the manager, Lea, I was then threatened that I wouldn’t be able to return to the store. I was by no means yelling not even a little bit, and I was very respectful. After showing the manager, after showing the manager the amount of coffee and her adding 30% more which was how much coffee is supposed to go in the cup? There was absolutely no apology whatsoever all there was was a justification for what they did and she still tried to tell me that they were doing the right thing in the midst of threatening me that I wouldn’t be able to come to the store again. I look forward to on the Northboro store opens back up. i’m not someone who writes negative reviews actually I think I’ve written about 20 Google reviews and only one other time. Was it a negative review. I completely understand what human beings are all fallible we all fall short. In life we need to take accountability for our actions. A simple I’m sorry. Will try to do better next time.. not accuse me of yelling and being rude and threatened me with not being able to come in the store again..

I had the worst experience. I ordered 2 extra hot drinks and when she gave me the first one she gave it to me without the cup cover and without the stopper. When I asked her for the cover she said "do you mean a sleeve?" In a snobby tone. I don't mind someone correcting me but she told me in a tone as if I'm stupid and uneducated. I let it go and she handed me the stopper and sleeve. When it came to the second extra hot drink she handed it to me again, without the sleeve nor the stopper. She walked away and when I honked my horn, she didn't come to me. After a minute of trying to get her attention, she finally came. I told her that I needed another stopper and sleeve and when she was going to give it to me, I stuck my hand out of the car to grab it and instead she threw into my car and left. As a result of throwing the items, the stopper fell on the floor of my car and could no longer go into my drink. I was honking my horn trying to get her attention and after ignoring me for a while, she finally came to me the first words she said where "sir u need to move". I then proceeded to tell her that I needed a new stopper and in the most passive aggressive way, she told me I would " not be getting a stopper because you need to learn to be nice to people" ven after having an extremely rude tone from the beginning. I then asked for the manager and she told to me there was no manager there. I then proceeded to ask for her supervisor and she told me that everyone working there was equal. She told me this in a slow and disrespectful tone as if I was a child. I was not leaving because I still did not get my stopper. She then brought me someone else who was working with her to give me the stopper showing the upmost level of pettiness and stubbornness.

Went whether drive thru and the girl taking the orders had a pleasant demeanor and awesome attitude. She repeated my order and when I got my order, the cashier was pleasant and courteous.

they were mean to me when i got to the window. I wasn’t going to post a review but my friend told me to after hearing about my experience and having worked for the company before. I pulled into the parking lot and parked to mobile order on the app because i have anxiety. The dude yelled at me when i got to the speaker saying that I should have waited longer before coming to the speaker to give them time to make the food. it just made me feel very unwelcome and no other starbucks has had an issue with it before. idk just not a good experience
