I had one of the worst customer service experiences of my life here. The employee who assisted me was extremely rude and made the entire interaction uncomfortable and frustrating. There was no professionalism, no courtesy, and absolutely no willingness to help. I left feeling shocked by how poorly I was treated. I will not be returning and I do not recommend this place to anyone.

Worst customer service of my life. Everyone here needs help. They are shutting down good Starbucks in. Boston but this shop needs some people replaced Callie and lea. And lots of people. Reaching out to corporate not just more managers, they need to change this store stat.

This Starbucks has some incredible drive thru crew members! They are upbeat and actually have personalities. I'll sit in the drive through over going inside because of the guys at the drive thru! But Starbucks is so ridiculously expensive

To whom it may concern,
I placed an online order today and was fine with waiting an extra 10 minutes, knowing others had also ordered online. However, I was disappointed by the way one staff member responded when someone asked about their drink. While I understand that questions can slow things down, I don’t believe there’s any reason for a worker to respond with hostility or impatience.
I don’t usually purchase from Starbucks due to the prices, but when I do, I expect the drinks to be made well. Unfortunately, both drinks I received today were poorly made. The caramel Frappuccino was disappointing, and the matcha latte tasted like straight milk, clearly rushed and lacking the usual balance of flavors. What added to the frustration was seeing one worker rushing to fulfill orders while others seemed to be moving at a much slower pace, which made the wait feel unnecessarily long.
I hope this feedback is taken seriously, as respectful service and consistent drink quality are key reasons customers return.

Ordered venti cappuccino , twice they made cappuccino and still they couldn't make a right cappuccino. They don't know difference between cappuccino and latte. Starbucks have screwed up after the new management, Customer service is very poor, rude and not worth the money we spend.

I’ve been a regular at my local Starbucks drive-thru, and I have to say, the experience has been nothing short of fantastic—largely due to an exceptional employee named Brian. His friendly demeanor and consistent positivity make my morning coffee runs something I genuinely look forward to!

Horrible customer service! I tried to order a venti shaken espresso with oat milk and 3 pumps of brown sugar. First she wrote the correct order which was $4.95. Then she cancelled it and said wait you want an iced brown sugar espresso and changed price to $7.30!! And i said no that isn’t what i ordered and she got manager on drive thru and the women said sorry this is the order. Made me so angry!! Then i got the coffee and it was filled so high with ice that it barely had any coffee in it! NEVER COMING BACK AGAIN

Today I ordered a large hazelnut hot coffee and a sandwich. The girl running the window with a very similar black hat on told me my hat made me look like a drug dealer. Then at the window I gave her a tip and she snapped at me that "I dont listen" and then insulted me that I didnt IMMIDIATELY tell her to have a good day "atleast". She should get told to clean the bathrooms. Definately isnt a window person.

I've been a Starbucks customer from the very beginning and this is literally the worst customer service I've ever received in a Starbucks. The (manager?) Lea [was hard to get her name, because she initially covered up her badge and didn't want to identify herself to me] is extremely rude and staff seems poorly trained here, and ungraciously tells you to get lost if you point out problems with what they've sold you.
