They have the pick up shelf behind the counter. Every time you order, you have to wait for someone to hand it to you. Meanwhile, your food gets cold since it usually takes awhile for someone to notice. Completely ridiculous and defeats the whole purpose of ordering ahead of time
I am writing to formally submit a complaint regarding retaliation from my manager, Danielle.
After a recent incident involving negative reviews posted online by an individual I was previously associated with, I have experienced unfair treatment. This situation appears to be a direct response to my attempt to address concerns professionally, and it has left me feeling disrespected and targeted.
I request that this matter be reviewed and that any necessary actions be taken to ensure a fair and respectful workplace for all employees.

We ordered and waited a long time. We finally went to ask at the counter but our food hadn't been prepared. An employee responded to us rather curtly but one of these colleagues finally came to apologize and give us vouchers as a commercial gesture. The food is very good otherwise!
