Dear Taco Bell, please hire quality employees who don’t treat customers like garbage.

I placed a simple order at the drive-thru, including a drink. The drink was missing and wasn’t on the receipt. When I pointed it out, the employee said I “didn’t order it,” explaining that if she didn’t hear me in the headset, it didn’t count as ordered. She then refused to let me pay at the window and told me to go back and wait in line to place a “new order”, even though it was the same drink I had already ordered. This made no sense and showed a complete lack of attention and accountability.

Being blamed for an employee error and denied a simple resolution is unacceptable. I will not be returning.

Horrible experience at the Westborough Taco Bell. I had three drive-thru orders, which I choose drive thru over grab and go for a reason and instead of handling it professionally, the employee refused to give me my food through the drive-thru and made me get out of the car. The situation could have been handled calmly and with common sense, but instead the guy was super rude, dismissive, and completely lacking empathy. No effort to help, no explanation, just attitude.Waking sleeping kids and forcing a parent out of the car over multiple orders is ridiculous. This was unnecessary and frustrating, and the customer service was awful. I won’t be returning to this location.

Avoid unless you have about half an hour to wait for your food/drive thru…

After sitting at the drive through speaker for 10+ minutes with them saying “just a second,” I was finally told by the gentleman “I’m busy right now.” This is with a long line of cars waiting in the drive through behind me, and none ahead of me. I appreciate they’re busy and understaffed, but clearly this location is not interested in serving customers food in a timely manner. A management problem, I’m sure.

I was around the area to pick up my kids so we stopped by for some Taco Bell before the hour drive back home. I had ordered 2 discovery lux boxes, large nacho fries, flamin hot cheese burrito, 2 orange cream frozen drinks. I was told at the window only 1 out of the 3 flamin hot burritos are available. No worries at all, I Kept the 1 and changed the other two to a beef grilled burrito. Received my order, drove out and I got cinnamon bites instead of my fries & burrito that was missing. Went around back to drive thru. Was told to come to the window and the girl and manager was giving me attitude about the order like as if it was my fault. Was told to walk- in but why not tell me that in the first place at the intercom? They were mad and made it a “big deal” as I’m receiving another persons order and not mine. Will not be returning here.

an employee with pink hair was shouting onto of her lungs at a kid who went to the back to pick up his order. this was extremely unprofessional of her. She had reddish pink hair. I usually come to this Taco Bell after a long day of work. I will never be coming back as this poor customer service is unacceptable.

Sometimes I want to grab lunch here. But then I remember every order comes with a side of unnecessary attitude from the drive through girl. So I just wind up going to Chick-fil-A again where I know even when they do accidentally forget to give me sauce and I tell them, they just hand me another one and don't yell at me or crash out.

They have the pick up shelf behind the counter. Every time you order, you have to wait for someone to hand it to you. Meanwhile, your food gets cold since it usually takes awhile for someone to notice. Completely ridiculous and defeats the whole purpose of ordering ahead of time
