I've been coming to this Unos for a while and the last few times I've been there I've been taken aback by the attitude of the brunette manager. I've seen her give dirty looks not only to her employees but to customers as well, and I've witnessed multiple occasions where she was very unprofessional. She talks back to customers who were having issues with their bill and is especially rude to her employees in front of customers. The bartenders are great and the service and food is good, I just cannot believe how this manager seems to treat people.

My sister and I did take out with UNO last night. I had fish and chips, my sister had a burger and we shared mozzarella sticks. I finished my fish and chip and after a couple hours, I started to throw up. I am 100% sure that I got food poisoning from the fish because my sister is fine.

On Friday 2/23/24 we placed an order for delivery through Uber Eats. We ordered and XL Veggie Extravaganza, an XL Cheese Please! Chicago Thin Crust and double size Chicken Wings plain. The toppings on both pizzas were centered in the middle with almost nothing on the edges so the outer slices were pretty much just sauce and crust. We paid for extra cheese on the cheese pizza but the cheese was sparse throughout, barely what we would expect on a regular cheese pizza. We also got a large order of the wings but they must have been starved because they were shriveled up and dry. Very disappointed, especially considering the cost ($100 including delivery fee and driver tip). We have gotten delivery of the Veggie and deep dish in the past and were very satisfied, won't be ordering the cheese pizza or wings again.

I placed my order over the phone and was informed that it would be ready in 20-25. Well…it was 55 mins. The place was not busy but it’s clear that the individual at the front is incapable of multitasking. She appears frantic when the phone rings. My order was incorrect and she lied and said “the box” is different. The pizza looked as if someone poured a bottle of oil on top. My tip should have been based on the horrible service.
It is a good restaurant 100% recommended. The service is very good, especially Andrea, who was very kind and affectionate and a good server. Thank you very much Andrea for your attention.

The last two times I visited Unos in Westborough I was happily surprised. They have a new(ish) gluten-free pizza with a thin and crispy cauliflower crust, which was delish. The servers were friendly and attentive both times. Most recently, I went with a large group, and our server, Kim, was amazing at keeping track of everyone, their orders, and their checks.

I've been a lifelong Uno's guy but at this location three times I got my food before my beer. You need to gut your bar staff and rein in your servers, the kitchen is too on point to let bad floor staff work how they do here. It does not take thirty minutes to make a margarita.
